Location and modern facility. The vault was a cool feature. The valet person was very friendly. So was the night person at the door. They were very helpful and friendly.
The check in man with the dreadlocks was professionally discourteous. When I told him that we had requested an early check in time he became argumentative and asked to see the email we received approving the request. He denied my request and then five minutes later, found a room.
We set our room to 65 degrees and high fan, neither of which worked. Woke up in a sweat it was so warm.
Very convenient and able to walk everywhere downtown. The restaurant was amazing.
We got a deluxe king room. Pictures made it look spacious but it was actually pretty small. The toilet paper holder was broke, a holder in the shower was broke and laying in the floor, and the outlets in one of the nightstands didn’t work.
Art work staff vibe
A bit of a maze
Clean and convenient. Would stay here every time.
I can't think of anything
Stan the Valet was excellent
Building was cold
Great service and loved being surrounded with art. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast.
Wonderful art and uniqueness of hotel! Great food and service! Very happy 😊
It would have been nice to see additional artwork. Many things were not available. Had a broken lamp in my room (902).
The room was horrible! I had two rooms because the first one the ceiling had a LOT of water damage on the ceiling and in the bathroom, there were bugs in the room and stained carpet. The second room was not as bad but had the same problems minus the bugs
Cool location downtown. The hotel itself is really fun with an art gallery and things to walk around and look at. The view from my room was great, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The building is old and the windows aren’t well insulated. I was there in the summer heat dome and it was pretty hot in my room even with the shades down and the ac on blast. Seems like the vent was pointed straight at the little entry hall where the door was so maybe was loosing the cool air to the hall. I think a fan or something to circulate the air would have been helpful.
The museum was outstanding. The staff were all excellent.
The room was a little dark and folks were very loud in the hallways.
The museum and proximity to great food and night life.
Had to change rooms, first room had a bad smell and the refrigerator didn’t work. Second room the shades on one side of the room were broken and couldn’t be opened. Tv had bad signal. Charging ports on right side of bed were dusty and inoperable.
