A beautiful hotel with outstanding staff and valet service, but the disappointing breakfast service.
Pros:

I want to recognize that the hotel staff and valet service were exceptional. Every interaction I had with them was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They truly deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provided. The food was excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly an hour for my food while multiple parties who arrived after me were seated, served, and finished eating before my order was even taken. I was also left waiting over 30 minutes for a glass of water that was offered when I was seated. The restaurant was not busy, so the lack of attention was inexcusable. It's unfortunate that such poor service overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay.

Kaotisch und unorganisiert.
Cons:

Wirklich schlecht ausgebildetes Personal.

Most unique experience in a hotel to date

Pros:

It is centrally located and within walking distance to DPAC. I like the decor of the room though I hope the lights could be brighter.

The reception is not always manned.

Would visit again. Very nice room.
Pros:

The art and friendly staff.

Cons:

We had to wait an hour to be served breakfast. We were told the kitchen was backed up with orders. We ate breakfast one day but went somewhere else the next day.

I would stay again, it was a good hotel but not great.
Pros:

Great location and my king room was spacious- both the room and bathroom. The attached art gallery and water filling stations are a nice bonus.

Cons:

The properly is tired is some areas - including the hallways to walk to your room which look like a hospital. It’s not inviting nor fitting for a 4 star hotel. I realise it’s a heritage listed building, but the hospital feel brings it down and acoustically makes it loud at times. Nespresso machine in my room was broken and clearly ignored / not replaced. One set of blinds was extremely loud and crunching when you open them and one beside light would not turn off - no matter what switch I used. I had to unplug it from the wall. These are small things but they add up because there is a lack of attention to detail for a 4 star hotel. Also some staff were excellent, others looked like they didn’t care at all.

It was just a mediocre place to stay.
Pros:

The museum.

Cons:

I have stayed at other 21c hotels and this one is below par. The room was shabby. It needs a facelift. Nothing special.

Pros:

Andrew was my valet person, he was so kind and helpful . I was so confused on parking and proximity and Andrew showed up in front of hotel to help me navigate and took great care of my vehicle. Kudos to him.. Miguel our server at the resturant in the hotel was top nodge , efficient and very attentive.

Cons:

The parking is confusing if you are not from the area.. the valet is the only way to go
