Big rooms to spread out. So well done with meticulous detail down to the doorbell ! Nothing left to chance . Everything well thought out from the 2 king size beds in one room to the desk, the lighting, the rainwater shower and the toiletries .
Who puts L’Occitane products in a hotel bathroom? The Davenport Grand does😊

Smoke alarm went off and there were no clear instructions provided by the staff. Only half of the hotel evacuated and the rest remained inside. As a tourist it was very unclear

The bed was amazing! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfy and extravagant.

Cons:

The employees aren’t trained enough. Most of them don’t have a clue about what they’re doing. I’ve been overcharged on the parking lot for lack of information from their end plus I paid my stay through Booking and when I got the hotel they made me pay it again. Anyway its a mess.

The valet weren’t very accommodating the front desk gave us a room that was apparently occupied so I had to go get keys remade and put into a different room. There wasn’t even complimentary water or coffee for the guests. I guess $300 a night I shouldn’t expect much
