Pros:

Location perfect with the purpose I want to do, conveniently close to the convention center. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery store, and close to the riverfront park. Also have good food.

Cons:

Not really have things that I don’t like. Maybe the price can be adjusted little bit to the lower price.
