Great stay would be happy to stay again
Pros:

The property was really nice, the bed and furniture was great the room was layout well and overall was exactly what I wanted.

Cons:

The bath tub had wax drops dried around the edges and there was hair in multiple places in the tub which I had to clean myself. Also the trash had no liners in it

Cons:

Couldn't connect my device to the in room tv, cards were not programmed correctly and didn't work, ice machine was out of service, no answer at the front desk after several attempts and I charged my account for parking I didn't use.

I only stay at this hotel and always enjoy it. I stay 1-2 times a month.
Pros:

The bed and sheets are beyond comfy. I usually stay on the upper floors to avoid hearing loud traffic.

Cons:

I don't like having to pay for parking...but it is what it is.

Cons:

Was disappointed that Table 13 was closed. Also, we didn't have housekeeping come after the first night but when she knocked on our door the 2nd morning, I asked her to give us 20 minutes to get out. She said ok. I also stopped at the front desk when we were leaving for the day and requested the service. She never came. We had to ask the front desk for towels, coffee, coffee cups, tissue, etc. They were accommodating and also credited us $25 but that situation was disappointing.

If the stuff I mentioned was not there. It would have been a nice stay. At best a high 3
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The parking was said to be 7$ when I asked for the cost. bill was 35 they parked 1 time in underground on property.
Breakfast buffet was 23$???? More expensive than anything on the restaurant menu.
I booked a suit, they put me in the wheel chair accessible one. Not the most romantic.
The mirror at the bed had body prints on it when we arrived.
