The receptionist lady they had available earlier check in which made my day less tiring after stressful flights.

Experiencia absolutamente deleznable. Somos una tripulación de vuelo y en las dos habitaciones ha ocurrido lo mismo.
Llegando a la habitación la temperatura estaba a 18 grados, cuando afuera estábamos a -1 grados C. Intentando manipular la calefacción pero no funcionaba y cuando llamo a recepciõn para buscar una solución me dicen que; "tienen la calefacción baja (18 grados) por "el cambio climático". Es la excusa mas ridículamente que he escuchado nunca. no solucionaron el problema y he pasado la noche "helado" después de haber pagado 216euros por dicha noche. NUNCA MAS VUELVO, jamas!!!

Nice hotel

I'm coming to this hotel for many years now because of the location (aviation job) and every time it's getting worse. Roof bar was closed for a private event. No problem with that but then they started moving the furniture after the event from 1030 till 1230pm. Because my room was just below the bar no way to sleep because of the noise. In the morning they are sweeping the floor during breakfast so no relaxing breakfast. If you book directly on their website you get the bettter rooms, if you book via expedia you're below the bar, above the restaurant or next to the elevator.
The menu in the restaurant is the same for a long time, very boring. No pressure on the shower. Although the location is better for us I'll prefer to have a good night rest and we'll take a 15' ride to roussy next time. More and better hotels and restaurants.

The room temperature was very high. The room should be equipped with air-conditioning according to the site. The only thing the 'AC' did was sucking in air from the room (with a lot of grinding noises) and blowing it out again without cooling it. When paying a lot of money for a pretty normal room you could expect a functioning AC at least. Windows could not be opened. I informed the receptionist but he wasn't very helpful. He only mentioned to fully dial the switch to the minus sign and that it could take some time for the AC to kick in. Well, after 3 days there still wasn't any bit of conditioned cool air... My colleague who was in a different room on a different floor had the exact same problem, so it wasn't room related.

Pleasant experience. The location is good for travellers, not far from Paris, CdG Airport and literally opposite de Bourget Airport, the private jets you can watch from your room or rooftop terrace (unfortunately under the construction during our stay). Spa concept is well thought of - reservation per time slot, which makes it never busy and sometimes even private. Nice fresh furnishing, modern design, good expanded breakfast with variety of cheeses, charcuterie, pastry, juices, made on request omelettes. Extremely friendly and professional personnel, safe fenced parking. Dinner experience was not very successful, nice serving but moderate quality of food. But again, the personnel is beyond expectations. Guess that’s due to professional management policy. So, thanks everyone for a nice guest-friendly experience.

Pleasant stay at the hotel, very clean and staff were very friendly. Only issue was the closure of the rooftop bar, there were no prior notices of this before booking. Overall a nice place.

Very welcoming reception lady at check in and very friendly staff around the hotel such as the security staff and reception staff who were all really nice. Very very grumpy and rude bar man though.
Unfortunately, our room was very noisy & possibly the worst view from a room that you could imagine. We were directly above the bins and just heard constant smashing of bottles. In the early hours of the morning we heard an entire family in the staff bin area talking loudly for about 20 minutes and making lots of noise which was not very professional for a hotel of this reputation and price!
We also had a problem with the neighbouring room who was constantly smoking on their balcony which came directly into our room forcing us to close our door due to my asthma.
Although our room was lovely and comfortable the little things did spoil the experience and was certainly not worth it’s price tag.
Strange location not very much near by and would not venture out after dark but served our needs for our two day stay.

Ruhige Umgebung und sauber

Great location for business travelers who use Le Bourget airport and the exhibition center. Very clean and friendly while price makes sense given its location 40mins by car / no direct public transportation.
