Very friendly staff and helpful the place is very clean and have what ever you need 👌👌

I like the fact that there was a good stove and refrigerator and a big shower. The breakfast included was well worth it and great for kids. The cook made special egg dishes for the family.

Absolutely loved this property. Great location, great room, terrific service and the rooftop terrace is the best!

I have stayed in many properties around the world in different countries. I can honestly say this is the best I have ever stayed in - and I'm including Park Plaza, Marriott, Radisson Blu, all the top ones.

Me and my wife slept incredibly well thanks to the extremely comfortable 2 metre wide bed, and my wife loved the kitchen! It had everything we needed, even a dishwasher!

In the bathroom, there was a washing machine and dryer, both were quick and not so loud. The bathroom was very luxurious (in fact the whole place was!) and the shower was amazing. It is one of those showers that you really never want to leave. Actually - the whole place gives you that feeling!

The only negative is leaving!

Great experience for anyone who would like to stay in an apartment rather than in a hotel but has a reception downstairs.

There was nothing to dislike. This hotel was very comfortable and clean. We rested very well.

Location was fine. Airport transfer service available. Pleasant staff. Very nice cooked to order breakfast-free. Great bed. Big studio apartments. Very quiet building. ATM and a few decent restaurants and a mini mart within short walk. Would definitely stay there again. 👍

The establishment is highly recommended if an apartment for longer stays is what the Traveller is looking for. We have stayed before and will stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is really pro, rooms are huge, they paid a lot of attention to the small details like bathroom amenities, it is extremely clean, everything is brand new .
Breakfast is in good shape, they have a cook that knows how to cook all kind of eggs :)
Staff is very friendly including hsk , front desk and the security guys are great.
Keep up the good work.

I travel a lot and wanted more than a hotel room. This gave me an apartment with everything and when I wanted the service it was there also. As Arnold says. " I'll be back"

Spacious and comfortable. Great appartment great location my only problem was the hotels room smelled like cigarette smoke and the coffee machine was broken at breakfast for two days. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. on a good note the apartment was in excellent condition the washer and dryer were very convenient and it was very spacious.

I've stayed at these apartments about 4-5 times now during trips to Kiev. They are large, very modern and clean. The staff has always been great to help with taxi , restaurants and suggestions. There is always an English speaking desk person.
You will find these to be a better value than the five stars in the city as I've also tried most of those.

Excellent hotel apartment with new clean furniture and english speaking staff, as a second home, you got all what you need to live and enjoy your day, apartment huge, location safe and quite, staff are excellent
