La tranquillità e la pulizia

Cons:

Nelle stanze (junior suite) mancava tutto. Neanche una penna e carta per scrivere. La cena inclusa nella prenotazione è da dimenticare anche se quel poco che si poteva ordinare era comunque buono, solo acqua e caffè solo a pagamento.

Cons:

Séjour décevant sur plusieurs points. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas et le débit d’eau était très faible, ce qui a rendu les douches compliquées. Le petit-déjeuner était également en dessous des attentes : œufs très froids, café froid… Dommage, car ces détails du quotidien font toute la différence sur un séjour.

Un week-end absolument parfait au G-Hôtel.
Tout était réuni pour une expérience haut de gamme : un accueil chaleureux, une équipe professionnelle et attentionnée, et un service irréprochable du début à la fin.

Les chambres sont impeccables, décorées avec goût, très confortables, et offrent une vraie sensation de bien-être. L’atmosphère de l’hôtel est à la fois élégante, apaisante et raffinée — exactement ce dont on a besoin pour se reconnecter et profiter pleinement du moment.

Mention spéciale pour les petits détails qui font toute la différence : propreté irréprochable, qualité des équipements, et ambiance générale très soignée.

Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

The property room was nice

Cons:

False advertising no amenities in the hotel, there was no room service for a 5 star hotel.

Location is quite disappointing and property size is also quite small.

The staff were all friendly and the room was great and modern.

Cons:

There was a lot of building work going on so the pool wasn’t open and the pool area was being worked on. This wasn’t advised before I booked

Felt like a ghost hotel with very few guests and very little atmosphere and very remote
Pros:

Breakfast was good and staff were lovely on the whole, tho a little incompetent in some cases.

Cons:

Check in was a shambles and took 45 minutes with no queue as the rooms weren't ready. The taxi was nowhere to be seen on arrival at the airport. The communal areas of the hotel were always freezing as no heating on. Gym and pool unusable due to the cold also.

A G Hotel and Spa
Pros:

This is a beautiful boutique hote, especially the lovely large and comfortable bedrooms.

The staff were excellent. Very attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious.

My sister and I visited the lovely spa and had a Hamam. All in all, this was a fantastic break, and we felt very looked after.

I was in Marakesh with my brother and sister following the loss of our mother, and this trip really helped. This was a great choice. The sunshine was the icing on the cake.

All in all, this was a fantastic break, and we felt very looked after.

Thank you, AG Hotel and Spa, We will definitely be visiting again.
