PARKROYAL Yangon

Had a wonderful stay at PRYGN. A very nice Hotel and friendly staffs especially the frond desk staffs - Ronen, Tara, Sithu, Khine Wah, Trista, Yarzar, Phyu May, Maira, Shwe Zin, Alice.

I am really enjoy this hotel and Front Desk staff are very polite and helpful. I am highly recommend this staff - Min Thura , Khine Wah, Si Thu, Yar Zar, Trista,May Thin Kyaw,Ronen, Amara,Alice,Tara,Maria, Shwe Sin,Than Zaw, Aung Thu Latt. I have feel like my home as this hotel.

What a wonderful hotel!
Room service was always quick and efficient, whether for laundry pickup or requests for extra amenities.
The front desk staff were always friendly and greeted me with warm smiles. which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Yangon.

Property location, room and value for money were very good. People are also very good, specially Phyu May, Khine Wah, Sithu, Yarzar, Trista were very supportive during my one week stay there.

Best stay in parkroyal every time. So repeated stays in parkroyal, the associates - Khine Wah, May Thin, Yarzar, Alice are so friendly, give me a awesome and comfortable feeling when I reach out to them.

The service from Trista and the other members of staff was excellent, as was the choice of food at breakfast. The room was of the highest standard and the air-con particularly quiet. We had a good night’s sleep.
It would be 5 stars except that Apple devices will not connect to the hotel’s WiFi, leaving us unable to connect with family and friends during our stay. Android devices do not, apparently, suffer with this problem.

My family (Wife and daughter) stayed here twice during our recent trip to Myanmar. The Park Royal was genuinely one of the highlights of this trip. My wife and I stay at hotels for roughly 6 months of the year and take 50-60 flights each year, and this has to be one of the most impressive places we've stayed. The rooms aren't the newest, the facilities aren't the best you'll ever see and there aren't amazing views, but the staff were genuinely phenomenal.
The staff actually understood good service. When travelling, often you find that the staff have been taught 5 star service but don't know how to use their brains to compliment what they've been taught - not here. Every staff member, from the cleaners, to mangers were on top of their game. They knew their jobs and did them amazingly.
Everyone was so friendly, happy and genuinely wanted to help, not just because it's their job.
I'm hesitant to mention names since there genuinely were so many great people, but a few of the names of great staff included: Su Zar Chihlaing, Than Zaw, Alice Ronen and Thet Tun.

People, facility, location, value for money all are good.

Fantastic stay and outstanding service by Su Zar Chi Haling!

I recently stayed 5 nights at Park Royal Yangon and was truly impressed by the staff, especially Su Zar Chi Haling at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and handled my check-in quickly and efficiently.

What made my stay special was her attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Even during busy hours, she remained patient, polite, and went out of her way to help with my requests. The whole team was professional and friendly, and housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout my stay.

Park Royal Yangon has a great location and comfortable rooms, but it's the staff like Su Zar Chi Haling that makes it stand out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yangon. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The way they arranged surprised BD to us was very heartfelt and sweet.

Every time I stay in PARKROYAL hotel, I feel appreciated of the front desk guest. Sithu, Trista , May Thin, Alice and Phyu May Zaw are really helpful when I check in and check out. They gave me a awesome moment when I stay in this hotel.
