Pros:

24 hour fitness center best part.difficult to change TV channels as not in English. If you are on the road side very noise with traffic during the day. No hot water. Was Luke warm. But was fairly soundproofed. You don't hear people through the walls. Restaurant a bit expensive for what you are getting. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Water cold in bathroom. Needs to be hotter for foreigner. Location a bit awkward. Ok for shot stay. If you have a room on the road very noisy with traffic. So be careful when choosing room. Better than some of the hotel.

I like this hotel’s room lighting are bright and comfortable. Improvement in the reception staff is importance.

ホスピタリティ溢れるホテルでした
Pros:

街の中心にあるにもかかわらず部屋の中は静かで快適でした。プールに面した部屋だったので特にそう感じたのかもしれません。
チェックイン時にフロントからホテルの設備を使う予定があれば55ドルのデポジットを要求されましたが、予定がなければ不要と説明を受けたので気になることはありませんでした。
一番驚いたのは今でも喫煙できる部屋があったこと！
窓が固定されているのでドアを少し開けて部屋の中で吸っていました。
NHKワールドが見られるのと同時にインターネットも快適だったので衆議院選挙の開票結果を見ながら部屋の中でまったりできてとても快適に過ごすことができました。
更に驚いたのは誕生日にバースデーケーキのサプライズがあったことです！
部屋に電話があってしばらくするとギターの演奏と共にスタッフたちがケーキを運んできました。
大きなケーキで一人で食べるのに苦労しました（笑）
そして後日その時の記念写真を持ってきてくれるなどして、とてもホスピタリティ豊かなホテルでした。

Cons:

せめてタバコの吸える部屋は窓が少し開くようにしてほしかった。
シャワーの温度があまり上がらなくてぬるい風呂に浸かっていました。寒い日本から行ったので熱いシャワーが浴びられるとよかったです。
部屋のアメニティーはあまり良くなかったです。（石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシなど）長い滞在だったので近くのコンビニに買いに行きました。反面、タオルは清潔で使いやすかった。
いろいろと制裁を受けているようで中国のスタンダードレベルでしか揃えられないのだと思われますが、もう少しグレードアップしてもらえると更にイメージが良くなるでしょう。
時々要人が来たりバンケットホールでイベントが開催される時には車寄せが混雑していました。スタッフが一所懸命捌いていましたが、地下の駐車場に誘導するなど効率よく運用できるとスマートですね。

Excellent Stay at PARKROYAL Yangon
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Yangon. The hotel has a classic charm with spacious, comfortable rooms that are clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day.

The staff were warm, professional, and always attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of local and international options.

The location is very convenient, close to downtown attractions and with easy access to transport. Overall, PARKROYAL Yangon offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I am a vegetarian. There are many food options available, but I find it difficult to easily locate vegetarian food. Please add a vegetarian logo to each item; it would make it easier to identify the food.
