This Hotel is very well managed and all the staffs are very cordial and always ready to help.I will like to specially mention two names Trista and Alice at the reception who were truly very helpful and my all the needs were very well taken care of.Overall very good stay !

Great location and the buffet was splendid with all the variety of food available here from traditional Burmese cuisines to western pastries.

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel staff was accommodating, humble, respectful and really lively and reassuring. I specifically would thank personally Trista, Tara, Alice and Hla Bo Win for their always on availability for any support and assistance.

Genuinely good environment and friendly staff help very smoothly along our stay. Breakfast is excellent, the scent of in building is unique. I love all the things about the Park Royal. A little recommend for my point of view is the swimming pool should be more deeper.

I had a consistently comfortable stay in the immaculate hotel. The room was especially cool and pleasant, and the amenities were excellent. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds rather than city noise, making for a perfect start to each day.

I would like to express my special thanks to Trista and Tara at the front desk for their exceptional service. Also, Andrew from the fitness department greeted me with a smile every single morning. All the other staff were equally wonderful with their warm smiles. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay, and what made it truly unforgettable was the surprise birthday celebration arranged by the hotel team. A special thank you to the Myint thalin Aung (gro) and team coordinated everything so thoughtfully, along with the entire team, for making my day so special.

The decorations, cake, and warm wishes made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their effort and hospitality created memories that I will cherish for a long time.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at Park Royal Hotel Yangon for their outstanding care during our stay. My wife has a fractured foot, and from the moment we arrived, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and well looked after.
The staff have shown genuine kindness and patience, checking in on her regularly and making sure her needs are met without her having to ask twice. Room service has been consistently prompt and courteous, even for something as simple as breakfast every meal delivered with a smile and real attention to detail, which makes a real difference given her limited mobility right now.
It's rare to find this level of thoughtfulness and hospitality, especially during a stressful time for our family. The staff at Park Royal aren't just doing their jobs they're making us feel genuinely cared for. We're deeply grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who may need a little extra support during their stay.

I enjoyed the PARKROYAL YANGON Hotel, their service very nice and 5+ star review. Hotel rooms are very good and location is very easy to go anywhere.
