It was a nice place , located in Thamel from where you can get easy excess every where , you can enjoy night view from the hotel , I would like to visit this place again , and I recommend you all to there and enjoy your vacation , thank you

Only receptionist and a Manager.

Cons:

Firstly, there is a restaurant on the top floor with an unfriendly staff member. When I asked him for salt and salad, he refused to provide that and I left my lunch unfinished. In addition, I would like to drop a photo that I requested for my lunch (Chicken Biryani).😂

The second issue was that according to the room fee, it did not match the label. Please do not recommend any guests to stay at that hotel Nana. Thanks

Even though the room feels a little old, everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The location is very convenient, and the area is quite good. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Had a pleasant stay!
