I had a great stay at Hotel Nana. The cleanliness was excellent—everything from the room to the common areas was very well maintained. The hotel also had a pleasant, fresh smell, which made the environment even more comfortable.
The staff behavior was very good—friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made the experience better.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s in the main point of Thamel, so everything like shops, restaurants, and travel services is very close and easy to access.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!

Location however, is perfect right in the centre of thamel.

Cons:

It's horrible place, I will not put my dog even there. Bathroom has big plumbing issues, water splashig over everywhere, rooms smelling so bad, mattress are so uncomfortable and thin. Towel give to us was smelling so bad and looked so old, while we were two, they give one, basic toiletries not even taken care.
Most important door lock did't even work at all, I had leave door all open all the time, and pretend as if I locked it.
