Pros:

El personal, realmente amable. La gastronomía, disfrutamos mucho de la comida. Variada, diferente y de muy buena calidad.
La piscina grande es maravillosa, me encanta el color oscuro y los rincones de chorritos. Preciosa.
La ubicación, la tranquilidad. La habitación grande y cómoda.

Splendido viaggio in una isola meravigliosa con le spiagge più belle e la natura spettacolare
Pros:

Avevamo una camera vista mare al 3o piano con il terrazzo molto bello e spazioso, splendida vista e ottima la posizione. La promenade che collega albergo con Marina Rubicón è fantastica sia per la corsa la mattina sia per una passeggiata pre/post cena. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, molto bene animazione. Molto bello lo SPA e ottimi massaggi.

Cons:

Le pulizie erano un po’ superficiali - a volte gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati anche se lasciati in vasca da bagno. Anche il terrazzo sarebbe dovuto essere pulito (in presenza delle macchie lasciati dai piccioni)

El buffet repetitivo. Mal los postres nada de fruta fresca y la limpieza de la habitación nefasta. Durante los 7 días de estancia no barrieron la habitación ni una sola vez. Solo cambiaban las toallas.

Lugar excelente para descansar y disfrutar de Lanzarote
Pros:

El personal acogedor y muy amable, siempre disponible. El buffet muy bueno, gran variedad. La habitación grande con un armario espacioso y el baño también grande con un lavabo enorme. Vistas al mar, terraza muy gran. Y muy cerca del puerto de Marina Rubicon, conectado desde el hotel por el paseo marítimo. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de las mejores playas de la isla.

Cons:

En realidad nos gustó todo.

Cons:

Limpieza deficiente tanto en las habitaciones como eb todas las zonas del hotel especialmente en el bufet, donde incluso vimos una cucaracha en la zona del aceite. Los platos los sacaban sucios, costaba encontrar alguno para utilizar, se caían cosas al suelo y nadie las limpiaba. La zona de la piscina tampoco se limpiaba durante el día y tenías que apartar la basura que dejaban otros. El bar de la piscina abre en un horario muy extraño de 12 a 16.30, en plena temporada alta, igual que el mini club de 10.30 a 15 horas.. Ademas la calidad y variedad de la comida dejaba mucho que desear. Para no repetir

Not impressed though the area was lovely in general.

Pool / views / comfortable bed / fun activities at pool side with nice staff organising the events

Cons:

The hotel is stuffy and too warm to be comfortable in with the absence of AC around reception/ evening entertainment area and eating area. Way too hot in the rooms too, very poor ac service. Staff service was poor at times with some asking as to move tables etc which were not even ready to dine on. Not once were the tea/coffee in the room restocked , showers/toilets were not cleaned often enough.
Met a disgusting Cockroach in the middle of the night , and when reported at reception the following (on very little sleep, as one can imagine) morning, it was not dealt with for hours . Actually Had to go back to reception to explain situation to another member of staff before action was taken. In my opinion, this is just unacceptable. Gym experience was awful, no towels and no air conditioning , quite dangerous to train in those temperatures. No lunch options available for half board customers which also limits options on what to do for lunch.
