Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels und die Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war auf dem ersten Blick sehr sauber, aber ab einigen Ecken kam dann doch etwas Schmutz zum Vorschein (vor allem unterm Bett).

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer. Hotel 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Neben dem Frühstücksraum gab's ein Kinderzimmer für die kleinen, da könnte man als Eltern noch in Ruhe weiter frühstücken

Great time in Nürnberg
Pros:

The hotel is very well situated near the Main Train Station and directly at the City Center Old Town. The rooms were big and comfortable, the bed was excelent and the breakfast excellent. I liked very much the family orientation of the hotel and the possibility to check in a little earlier as it normal is.

Cons:

Well it is very difficult to say what I did not like, but our room was directly looking to the rails of the train station. But, surprisingly it was not loud.

Très bon séjour en famille.
Pros:

La grande chambre propre et confortable, la piscine et les saunas ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le parking payant sous l’hôtel est appréciable également. Très proche de la vieille ville.

Cons:

On n’entend un peu les trains et le tram la nuit mais pas gênant pour dormir.

Pros:

Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und haben ihr bestes gegeben den Gästen vor uns Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. Wir waren von der Zimmer grösse sehr überascht. Hätten nicht gedacht das ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten so groß wäre. Da wir außerhalb der Ferien waren, hatten wir den Pool meistens nur für uns. Die Lage ist perfekt. Neben dem Bahnhof und Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war unsere erste Übernachtung in einem Novotel aber nicht unsere letzte. Wir haben für Mai in Novotel Wien gebucht.

Hat alles gepasst.

Meh. I wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Location was great. It was also clean.

Cons:

Staff were rude, neither welcoming, nor driven to provide service. I would never go back to any hotel no matter how nice it was, with staff like the one at Novotel.
