There is no smart tv just cable tv. So no Netflix or Hulu. The beds are so low and the mattress is to soft and the bed makes to much noise when on it.
The guy who checked me in was amazing. I felt welcomed, like I was the only guest he’s been awaiting. He actually popped outside to make sure I parked my car In a location safe from tickets and even remembered my name the day I checked out. Amazing. The only thing I’d change about the hotel, is to add ice machines on each floor, or provide ice delivery. Going down to the restaurant for ice is a little inconvenient. Other then that, perfect.

Die Lage war gut. Das Hotel liegt in Queens, nur wenige Minuten von Manhattan entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist in maximal fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche preiswerte Parkmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt war alles sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für New York fair.
Etwas laut war es schon. Allerdings waren wir an einem Freitag- und Samstagabend im Sommer dort – dafür ist das völlig nachvollziehbar und hat uns nicht weiter gestört.
The view, even though I was on the 3rd floor the view was still good.
The food was greatt 😋 seasoned well cooked perfectly. (had the salmon and calamari)

The TV was small,but thats just me and my farsighted eyes 😆. The balcony was nice just could have had something outside to have a seat. It's just made for you too take pictures and go back inside.
The food menu needs some more items. Some people have dairy problems and just dont want a pizza and pasta. I get trying to stand out on but some other things can be added on. I only got fries.
The cocktail drinks where nasty to me not everything needs mint or some type of fancy leaves in them. A simple margarita won't hurt someone 😋 😌 I still drunk it cause I already got it but yea.
Very impressed, clean setting, uncluttered, friendly service everywhere, lovely rooftop, a great view from there and from the balcony rooms with Manhattan views.
This hotel met all of our expectations for an affordable, safe and comfortable stay while visiting over a weekend for a special family ceremony. The hotel desk agents ( shout out to David) were friendly, helpful and accomodating for our needs. Having a cafe, a bar and a restaurant on site was a plus. The subway station into the city was only a few blocks away and taxis and rideshares were quick in the area. The hotel provides a car service that I found out later. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and quiet despite facing a street. This is a quiet area of LIC. If I were to return to visit NYC, I would stay here for the value, quiet and location to subway as an easy in and out of Manhattan.
We chose the Boro Hotel as accommodation for my film crew on a recent documentary shoot in New York. The staff was very friendly and cooperative with our needs; we rented their conference room for meeting and technical work we need to carry out while there; we rented their beautiful rooftop as a location for our shoot. Front desk staff was amazing; food at the restaurant was great. I can't say enough great things. Will come again.

Location was convenient to the city, quiet rooms, very clean, restaurant downstairs was very good , especially the pizza in a late night crunch. Highly recommend to avoid the crowds and congestion of the city.

The room was spacious, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The service at the restaurant was great and the servers were attentive.
The rooms had limited lighting. There were also no drawers to put away clothes and organize. There was no one to help with luggage handling in the lobby, and there was only one person at check in time to help people check in.
