we were there for an unexpected death in the family so it was a long emotional quick trip
Pros:

breakfast was perfect. the staff very coutious.

Cons:

not the fault of the Arlington but the odor from the construction area was very bad.

The breakfast was great and included and the cleanliness was welcoming .... bathrooms in very good shape beds beyond comfort nice Victorian style palace type rooms but set up modern ... im an asthma patient and I never was bothered

Pros:

We didn't realize that each room was decorated based on a unique theme so we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in our "superhero" room. It really added to the boutique hotel vibe. The staff was very kind and the continental breakfast was the best I've had so far. And can't have a better location.
