Good. But...
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The building quality in some places was sub par. The location of the hotel is nice near the marina but apart from some restaurants and small supermarkets there's not really anything interesting around. Most of the places are closed.
