I would stay again
Pros:

The location was really good. The room was clean - Housekeeping was very nice and attentive.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay to park. Also to have to pay for extra in case anything was wrong with the room when we checked out. I have NEVER paid that before in all the times I've been coming down to OC. I know most of the hotels you have to pay for parking, but I don't understand it when you are paying to reserve the room. Also, paying in case something is wrong with your room after you check out is not right.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY!!
Pros:

We love the size of the room, access to the boardwalk. The staff is alweays freindly and the hotel is always clean and fresh.

The cleaning wasn't thorough. I had to clean the bathroom upon arrival, along with the sink and tub being completely clogged

Great location, staff, and room needs some updating and maintenance.
Pros:

Location and the staff all were very helpful and pleasant. The front desk receptionist when I check in was very knowledgeable and polite, she was great.

Cons:

Room was clean throughout the stay but a good amount of signs of aging.

Cons:

Housekeeping could be better. We did not body wash in room , it was empty. We had to ask for it. Pull out sofa sheets were dirty so we needed to ask for new ones and more pillows and comforter for it. It was not supplied. Defrost fridge was all watery on shelves.

Overall the stay was ok, but I was not impressed with the housekeeping!
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service with any questions or needs we had.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. There was dust around the sides of the bed. Linens had spots on them that I didn’t make. Housekeeping only came by once and if we needed extra toilet paper or soap we had to go to the front desk to get it.
