Pros:

Fantastisk utsikt frå rommet med balkong. God atmosfære og vennlig personalet som såg oss og spurte om alt var bra utan å vere pågåande. Utsikten var ein stor pluss! Vi overnatta på hotellet då det var monsoon og mykje regn og tåke og små sjanser for å sjå Himalaya. Vi stod opp neste morgon kl. 5 og fekk sjå eit magisk lysspel. Og til slutt eit glimt av Himalaya! Men også utan ein får sjå Himalaya er hotellet og utsikten ei flott oppleving. Maten på restauranten likte vi veldig godt.

Hay una habitación solitaria en la planta mas arriba, que aún no ha sido reformada, estaba anticuada y un poco más sucia. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Lack of a nearby walking area or track. The quality of the food. The unwelcoming demeanor of the front office staff. Noise pollution generated by the hotel and the neighboring establishment was disruptive.

Very clean, well presented property with great views, but a bit of a distance to other parts.
Pros:

Wonderfully presented property, views would have been excellent apart from the haze that was continuous for the three nights we were there. Room was immaculate and staff were very attentive to our needs.

Cons:

The restaurant pricing was in line with a high end establishment but possibly a bit over the top. It was a 20 minute walk into the main town area where we walked each night to eat.
The ambience is that expected of a 5 star resort which did feel a little impersonal at times.

A wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Superb location and views. The staff were very polite and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and the gardens and facilities first class. The restaurant was really good with excellent buffets.
