Le complexe est confortable.
Au lounge, le personnel était en nombre insuffisant. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant de recevoir notre drink et encore davantage pour avoir notre menu.
Comfortabel en schoon hotel, slechts 1 nachtje verbleven.

A false fire alarm went off amidst the night, had to wake up the baby and run downstairs. The fire alarm was ONLY in Turkish language which is a major fault for a five star hotel hosting tourists. Also, while evacuating from the emergency exits, there were no staff to assist us. A few people were old and completely panicked with no one to support them. It took time to receive an official announcement about the false alarm, and they only gave it in Turkish language. After this incident I felt unsafe in this hotel.
Also the indoor pool was not as clean as I’d expect.
