Chambre magnifique !
Pros:

La chambre, la vue, c’était exceptionnel.

Cons:

Le buffet restaurant… à fuir. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations. Le spa n’est pas très propre.

Very nice hotel with great facilities for a healthy retreat
Pros:

Very much enjoyed Kolin Hotel. we had the spacious Jacuzzi suite with the great view of the Bosphorous. Very spacious room and very comfortable.
Breakfast was good. Did not get to try the restaurants for lunch or dinner The facilities are excellent, pools, spas, steam, rooms massages and a very good gym and fitness centers.

Cons:

Only drawback is the hotel is about 10 minutes drive from downtown where the Ferries arrive and tourists hangout and which have lots of restaurants and which is a lovely area to explore. Too far to walk but the taxis are relatively cheap. The good thing about the location is that it is walking distance to local shops for a few snacks. very lovely local people to meet and speak with

Pros:

Konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Otelin konumu çok güzel, manzarası gerçekten muhteşem. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, nazik ve her konuda oldukça yardımseverdi. Oda konforu ve genel temizlik de oldukça iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısını da beğendim. Çanakkale’de konaklamak için kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir otel.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a great location and the view is truly magnificent. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful in every way. The room comfort and overall cleanliness were also very good. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Çanakkale.

Odaya girdiğimde room call yapilmadi. Belki odada sorunum olup olmadığı ile ilgili soru sorabilirdi çünkü diğer kaldığım otellerde bu yapiliyor. Kahvaltıda girişte karşılanmadım oda numaram vb sorulmadı yönlendirilmedi. Ama kahvaltı saati çok yoğundu belki bu yüzden olabilir çalışanlara birsey diyemem bayağı yoğun calisiyorlardi. Spa buhar odası havuz kısmı aşırı ıslaktı kayıp düşmemek için çok zor durdum sürekli cekcek yapılıp çekilebilirdi bir otel misafiri kayıp düşebilir dikkat etmesem bende olabilirdim Dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odanin suları çok tuzluydu denizden mi aliniyor sular bilmiyorum. Duş alırken tuz içinde kaldım kendimi rahat hissetmedim ve odalara koyulan sabunlar inanılmaz kötü kokuyordu. Tuy dökücü krem gibi

Cons:

Wir sind von Deutschland angereist und mussten, obwohl wir um 14:00 Uhr normalerweise einchecken durften 1 Stunde auf unser Zimmer vor Ort warten, weil es noch nicht fertig war. Ich finde sowas darf bei einem Fünf Sterne Hotel nicht passieren. Vor allen Dingen nicht bei Gästen die so eine lange Anreise haben, die komplett übermüdet sind.
