A good experience, ruined by the attitude of one person
Pros:

Location was very good. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The older gentleman who handled my move in should simply not be dealing with guests. His communication, body language, tone - all completely inappropriate for a hotel or any service business. This gentleman in particular was incredibly offensive, for no reason at all, and ruined the experience. At the end of the day, it just takes one person who does not know how to do deal with people to ruin the efforts of all his colleagues. If not for this man, would have been an 8/10.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut, Personal sehr freundlich
Frisch renoviertes Einzelzimmer (Erstbezug)

Cons:

Kein separates, abschließbares Bad, Dusche hat keine durchgängige Trennwand
Leider hat die Dusche nicht funktioniert, scheint nicht kontrolliert worden zu sein vor Inbetriebnahme des neuen Zimmers

Overall, an excellent location for our group. Breakfast was great and staff were extremely helpful.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Having checked out, they held our baggage due to us attending an eBike experience and then allowed us to use the shower room to get ready for our flight back to the UK.

Cons:

We could have been informed about the the roller blind on arrival to allow us to understand how to black the room out and also for privacy.

Terrible
Cons:

There were spiders in my room, I called reception and it was late, they have alternative number and if you need help the hotel charge you 300 euros. The cleaning conditions were not good, towels were stained.
