Top confort et personnel très gentil. Expérience client moyenne.
Pros:

Le spa, l’emplacement, le personnel, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Uniquement le fait de ne pas pouvoir manger au restaurant de l’hôtel. Apparemment, il n’y avait plus de place pour le soir déjà le matin en arrivant. C’est étonnant qu’il n’y ait pas de tables pour les clientes de l’hôtel.

Pros:

la situation au bord du lac, magnifique.

Cons:

Nous étions venus pour le restaurant coté au Gault et Millau. Quand nous sommes venus il était fermé et pire personne ne nous a rien dit quand on a réservé une table. du coup on s'est retrouvé à manger un burger frite (en plus sucrée) alors qu'on pensait venir manger à une grande table. donc très très déçu. surtout de la communication car à aucun endroit c'était marqué que le restaurant était fermé (site internet, dans l'hôtel, de la part du personnel). Vous faites venir des gens avec ça alors que c'est fermé c'est dégueulasse comme façon de faire.

Très bon week-end dans un hôtel situé au bord du lac.
Pros:

La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais cosy. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain nous a également bien convenu. L'architecture de la zone Wellness est très agréable. Les équipements sont également OK. Seul bémol, la jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous étions déjà venu dans cet hôtel il y a 3 mois, le jacuzzi n'était déjà pas fonctionnel.

Cons:

L'hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker

Cons:

- Das Badezimmer hat gestunken nach Abfluss.
- „Das Doppelbett“ waren zwei einzelbetten die die ganze Zeit auseinander gerutscht sind.
- Der Whirlpool hatte kein Wasser und man konnte es auch nicht anlassen.
- Es hatte keine Steckdose in der nähe vom Bett.
