Excelente con pequeñas excepciones
Pros:

En general bien solamente no disponía de televisor en la habitación ni de restaurante como indica la descripción, el horario de desayuno fue corto 7h00 a 8h00 y no dispone de late check out sin costo adicional, lo cual necesitaba por ser un viaje de trabajo por lo demás muy cómodo y buena atención y servicio.

Relax, you are in good hands.
Pros:

Friendly bi-lingual staff, fun environment, nice breakfast buffet, tour booking assistance and free shuttle to and from the ferry. Really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They really wanted my visit to the island to be special. This property is located in a very safe and walkable area with great local dining options.

High price for terrible service
Pros:

For $100 I was anticipating decent hotel. Not the case! The staff was rude and pushy. When I asked if we could go to the wall of tears without a tour guide i was told no three times (not true you can do it alone). When we went to pay the cc machine was “broken” until we pushed a little and all of the sudden it worked. The toilet barely flushed and the hot water situation was less than desiarable. The shower didn’t drain. You’re better off at a hostel paying $20.

Failure to honour booking
Pros:

Failures to honour the booking price. Tried to then bunk us in another hotel 600m away at 6 times the booking price.
These operators do not deserve your business.

Considerando el precio pagado podría ser mejor
Pros:

Tienen que saber que en Isabela todo es caro. Pague Usd 130 por noche. Por ese precio la habitación deberia tener Wifi y Telecable, pero no los tenía. Yo no tenía claro esto, de otro modo hubiera escogido otra opción.

El desayuno es bueno, buffet, y fueron muy amables al tener la habitación lista a nuestra llegada...nos permitieron ingresar antes de la hora del check in. También nos arreglaron el transporte al puerto a las 5:30 am.

Al irnos nos percatamos que la limpieza era deficiente pues debsjo de la cama estaba todo sucio y polvoriento.

El aire acondicionado enfriaba bien, pero era ruidoso.
