Well located, nice staff
Pros:

Excellent location, clean rooms, nice breakfast.
Staff were very helpful, especially Emanuel!
We had rooms overlooking the lagoon and enjoyed the view - beautiful sunset, the flamingos as well as other water birds.

Cons:

WiFi connection was inconsistent

Gute Lage für einen angemessenen Preis.
Pros:

Lage ist top. Frühstück eher mittel. Zimmer sauber. Personal OK. Englisch Kenntnisse der Rezeption gut. Tourpreise etwas überhöht.

Cons:

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das war sauber, aber mit Fenster zum Treppenaufgang. Die Zimmer in höheren Stockwerken sind besser.
Der Pool ist im Prinzip nicht nutzbar. Da die Straßen voller Sand sind wird dieser auch gerne in das Hotel getragen; d.h. dass die Aufgänge schnell voller Sand sind und die Zimmer dann ebenfalls.
Wie so oft in Ecuador sind kaum Haken für Handtücher vorhanden.

Рядом с фламинго и с пляжем. Панорамные окна , большая терраса. Был бесплатный трансфер с пирса и обратно. Просторный номер, хороший кондей. Красочная видовая крыша

Минусы: 1. Завтрак скромный очень, просто чтото сьесть(((, даже фрукты были вялые, просто провал, 2. Вайфай был, но слабый в холлах только ловит.3. Ночью по лестнице бегала крыса, мелочь, но неприятно

Pros:

I loved my room. Over looked the lagoon and flamingos. Super close to the beach and everything else!!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the place was extra clean.

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel La Laguna for three nights. We loved our stay here. The hotel is located in a great area. The hotel is across a beautiful pond with pink flamingos.
Very beautiful in the early morning and sunset.
The hotel has a small pool you can chill out in.
The breakfast was really good and there is a free tea and coffee stand 24/7.

The team that works here is great.

At the reception there is an amazing young man named Emmanuel Rocafuerte. He is the best asset here. Emmanuel is patient, always smiling, willing to help on every request and question. He helped us book an attraction to tentoneras, a ferry, a taxi and helped with recommendations.
He is here all the time and one can see that besides his sociable nature he is very professional and takes his job seriously.
But most of all he works with his big heart and everything is done with a smile, patience and in a pleasant way.

Ok hotel and across the laguna . Ok bathroom and Ok breakfast

Very poor service. We were 2 in the room and they never brought the right number of towels.either 2 large and 1 small or 2 small and one large. Had to wait before getting the missing ones.
One evening it was literally pouring outside and electricity went off and our room got flashed as water came in. I requested to talk to the owner who initially did not want to speak English, so I talked in Spanish.eventually when he heard about the inundated in our room, he started providing solution: change our room, provide a free taxi to grab some dinner as there was electricity 2 blocks away and the ended by even bring us our clean laundry, which they initially refused to do. Better get yourself another place as the attitude was everything but service

Solicitamos una cama matrimonial y eran dos camas pegadas, lo cual hizo muy incómodo dormir, en la parte de atrás quemaban basura y al no tener vidrio la ventana se metía el olor

Good stay - excellent staff
Pros:

Good location and view of the laguna. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We ended up booking a couple tours through their recommendations and were not disappointed. Made me up a packed breakfast due to early morning volcano trek which was good of them.
