Ok hotel and across the laguna . Ok bathroom and Ok breakfast

Very poor service. We were 2 in the room and they never brought the right number of towels.either 2 large and 1 small or 2 small and one large. Had to wait before getting the missing ones.
One evening it was literally pouring outside and electricity went off and our room got flashed as water came in. I requested to talk to the owner who initially did not want to speak English, so I talked in Spanish.eventually when he heard about the inundated in our room, he started providing solution: change our room, provide a free taxi to grab some dinner as there was electricity 2 blocks away and the ended by even bring us our clean laundry, which they initially refused to do. Better get yourself another place as the attitude was everything but service

Solicitamos una cama matrimonial y eran dos camas pegadas, lo cual hizo muy incómodo dormir, en la parte de atrás quemaban basura y al no tener vidrio la ventana se metía el olor

Good stay - excellent staff
Pros:

Good location and view of the laguna. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We ended up booking a couple tours through their recommendations and were not disappointed. Made me up a packed breakfast due to early morning volcano trek which was good of them.

Pros:

Great acomodation. Nice view to a lagoon with flamingos. You can use pool and jaccusi. Really helpful staff, they help us to book a tours and tickets for a ferry. It was even cheaper than through travel agency. Taxi to the pier was included.
Thanks very much for a lovely stay.
We really enjoyed this island, it is very peacful.

Great for the tip floor king rooms facing the lake.
Pros:

If you’re booking a king room with balcony with lake view on the top floor it’s definitely worth it!!! Other rooms, not so sure has there seems to be lots of similar and good options in town. Town is tiny. Most accommodations are brief walk away from everything.

We spent hours looking at the ducks and flamingos (12 of them we were there) from our windows and/or balcony. Note that if it’s sunny, forget the balcony. It faces west and it’s extremely hot. The views to the flamingo pond and the volcanoes was very much appreciated and beautiful.

Only 3 minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants. Breakfast was fair/not buffet style but you got a plate of fruit, toast, eggs to order with ham and cheese slice, juice and coffee-tea.

Note….pool is in order (wasn’t when we were there) but if you’re booking this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof..all 3 were empty and out of order when we were there.

Would we stay again? Yes but only on the top floor king room with balcony.

Wonderful property and location
Pros:

Great hotel with nice facilities. Pool is nice and functional with a big sun deck and lots of lounge chairs. Nice view of the flamingos in the lagoon. Awesome breakfast with fresh fruits, breads, juices and eggs cooked to order. Amanuel was great and booked tours for us that were fantastic! Also cheaper than the tour brokers all around. Room was spacious and clean. Beach was a block away. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Front desk wasn’t always staffed.

Decent stay depending on what you’re looking for.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Floors were dirty, bathroom didn’t feel clean. There was a window in the room that was outside to a light and no blind to close or shade it. Rooms on ground floor are noisy.

Modern, clean, friendly relaxed hotel with bonus flamingo 🦩 show every day.
Pros:

The location overlooking the flamingos. The attentive manager who always responded to requests with a smike😁. The modern, clean rooms. The sparkling pool to refresh in after exploring Isabela.And.. the best rooftop spa!

Cons:

There waa an unfortunate breakfast mishap involving a cockroach. This was rectified immediately but we think the kitchen assistant perhaps needs to be a bit more vigilant. Not the chef-he was excellent.

Pros:

The place is not clean as its announced, you can see a thin layer of dirt above everything that makes everything opaque and sticky, we also found a cockroach in the bathroom, the fornitura in the social área is stained. Did not enjoy my stay at all! If cleanness is important to you then it is NOT a good place.
