Nice beds, good breakfast and location. Frienfly staff.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Free water in tge room every day. The Level lounge and breakfast wasvery good.

Cons:

The drain in the sink didn't draun well and the shower leaked. I asked to remedy both but tgey were not done.

Pros:

As usua alll the staff (front of house and support team) were incredibly welcoming even when they are really busy. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always try and make your stay special. The executive lounge is a real asset as you know that any time of day you can get some refreshments and a place to relax or work. The breakfast is always excellent with an extensive range of fresh quality food....something for everyone.

Great safe location right by Regents Park
Pros:

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely reception. Comfortable bed. It was a pleasant stay just a few niggles.

Cons:

Not a fan of the open room styling. No bathroom door just frosted glass shower and separate toilet.
The shower ran hot and cold. Could not get it to stabilise so it was a bit of a challenge to wash your hair jumping in and out.
The executive lounge concept was good but was a little erratic at busy times. Under catered and under staffed.

Excellent extras but choose your oom wisely
Pros:

The Level executive lounge is a fantastic service and really distinguished the stay from other hotels. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are bland and I found the bed not as comfortable as I would have liked. The noise level from other guests was also much higher than other hotels I have stayed in.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was the friendliest all throughout the hotel.

We love the location. It was equal
Distance from all the venues. The area was quiet and not a lot of traffic. For our visit close to Kings Cross station
