Breakfast choice and quality were outstanding. Staff were super helpful.
Very busy at breakfast time, ran out of cups for coffee. Aweful smell of drains in two rooms we booked. Corridor floor coverings looking worn and trim on corrodor wooden panel detached and lay on floor for two days. Mouse running around in bar questions hygiene.
Excellent location, really clean, excellent room facilities
Nothing
Club lounge was very good and the bedrooms were very well equipped. Staff were polite and professional.
Nothin
Loved everything about this hotel!
The room was lovely and spacious. Even a comfortable sofa bed for our son. The travel cot was extra long which was perfect for our 2 year old.
The breakfast is amazing. Loved the cava!
The staff were super friendly from check in to checkout! We will be back!
So close to tube stops too.
The only issue we had was the curtain to the bathroom was broken.
Lounge was good.
Bedroom was attractive
Staff were very helpful
No night light in toilet /bathroom area
No ladies magnifying make up mirror
No USBC or 3 pin plugs by the bed
Glass walls for the bathrooms.
Wij vonden "the level" geweldig.
Niets.
Good location
Everything. The attention to detail that created a cohesive exceptional experience.
The large clean rooms set up for comfort and a relaxing experience to the executive lounge that offers delectable treats and full breakfast service.
Beautiful , pristine, incredibly lovely staff, food was delicious.
Nothing
Access to the Level Lounge with the amenities.
Housekeeping could be better. Pet-friendly but you can tell the hotel is not use to have pets. Maybe a pet"food"menu would be just a nice little gesture.
Prima
The only downside for me was the lack of wardrobes in the rooms and the limited number of drawers. Since we were staying as three people, we had difficulty organizing our clothes and opening our suitcases.
