Incluye desayuno a la carta que estaba delicioso. La habitacion a pesar de ser exterior con vista hacia el periferico, no se escuchaba ruido, porque tienen ventanas con doble cristal.

The room was very large, the bed was comfortable,the bathtub was huge, table was good to work on. The a/c was cold. The water was hot, both in the tub and in the shower.
The room had very poor lighting, the electrical outlet by the bathroom sink was broken, the outlets next to the window side of the bed were both broken, the addition of some lamps would greatly help the lighting issues in this room. The pillows were awful.
El cuarto estaba limpio y mas allá de los inconvenientes todo estaba bien.
La tina de hidromasaje no servía además de que una vez llena olía a agua estancada similar al azufre, encontramos 3 cucarachas en la habitación todo eso no nos permitió disfrutar la estancia.

La ubicación es buena, fácil de llegar en transporte, auto, las camas siguen siendo cómodas, buenas amenidades, buena presión y temperatura del agua, la habitación tiene aire acondicionado y funciona bien, en el restaurante hubo una buena mejora en cuanto a las opciones del desayuno, así como en la cantidad, temperatura y sabor de la comida, esto es algo bueno que necesitaba un cambio, el personal muy amable en la recepción, la recamarera y personal del restaurante.
Por favor no dejen que el hotel decaiga, considero que es uno de los mejorcitos por la zona, tiene detalles que arreglar en los interiores, hay salitre que bota la pintura, ¡un agujero en la habitación! moho o algo amarillo en el techo del baño, la habitación no era muy tranquila (me toco en el piso 5) se oían ruidos tenues de maquinaria, talvez las maquinas del aire o calderas o algo así, pero ya que te duermes todo bien, jaja) en la parte de afuera del hotel se junta la basura por lo mismo que es avenida, deberían tomarse un momento para quitarla.
