Ukratko, dobro je za kratak boravak, ko zeli da pojede ukusnu hranu i opusti se u bazenu

Hrana je super, odlican restoran i odlican izbor, bazen izgleda fenomenalno.
Hrana u room servisu nije skupa, a dobrog je kvaliteta.

Cons:

Jako neodgovorno osoblje, osim par pojedinaca. Skoro niko ne prica ni engleski ni spanski, pa je sporazumevanje jako tesko.
Kada trazite pomoc od osoblja, kazu da ce zavrsiti za 5 min i samo se izgube. Jako, jako neprofesionalno. Cistacice ciste ofrlje.

Zidovi soba su toliko tanki da se sve cuje.

Kraj nije bezbedan, ima dosta beskucnika oko hotela

Excelente hotel próximo ao centro.
Pros:

O hotel em si é excelente, com quartos confortáveis, muito limpo e áreas comuns muito bem apresentadas.
O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e muitas opções de comida quente feita na hora. O jantar estava bom, com muitas opções e um cozinheiro muito prestativo e simpático preparando alguns pratos na hora.
Os colaboradores são muito gentis, uma ótima experiência!

Cons:

Quanto ao hotel não há nada de que eu não tenha gostado.
A região é péssima, não vale nem uma caminhada por ali.
Para quem vai trabalhar no centro da cidade utilizando transporte para chegar o hotel é uma ótima opção.

Bazen je prelep, cela spoljasnost hotela je super. Hrana je raznovrsna i odlicna.

Cons:

Skoro niko ne prica engleski, ni spanski od osoblja, vrlo tesko je bilo da se sporazumelo.

Osoblje je jako neodgovorno, kazu da ce nesto da zavrse za 5minuta i samo odu, ne pojave se, tok cekam ispred sobe. To su uradili 3 puta za 7 noci koje sam bio.

Zidovi su izuzetno tanki, ja obicno nemam problem sa spavanjem, ali sam ovde imao. Cuje se sve iz susednih soba.

Kraj nije bas najbezbedniji, ima puno beskucnika ispred hotela.

Estadia foi muito boa, com ressalva da vaga / garagem.
Pros:

Hotel muito limpo, agradável e aconchegante.

Cons:

Não gostei da Garagem e não gostei de ser surpreendido por pagamento EXTRA pela vaga. O local é BEM APERTADO para estacionar e ainda é PAGO à parte da diária. Estranho e não comum pra mim, ter que pagar a mais por vaga de garagem.

Ruim, devido à falta de solução para o desaparecimento de um óculos de sol.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente.
A localização geograficamente é muito boa, porém a região é perigosa, com muitos assaltos.

Cons:

O atendimento para resolver o problema do desaparecimento de um óculos de sol. Fiz a reclamação com o recepcionista Everton e, até o presente momento, não recebi o posicionamento do Hotel.
