Pros:

Localização perfeita - central!
Cama, chuveiro maravilhosos. Equipe atende muito bem. Café da manhã excepcional!!!!! O conforto do quarto é maravilhoso

Cons:

A piscina quando fiquei no hotel em junho de 2026 estava em reforma, talvez por isso o preço estivesse menor.

Pros:

The hotel esthetic is beautiful but the interior average. Some staff are really nice.

Cons:

The pool was under renovation and we were not advised. It lookes like it will be another couple of months. Totally unusable. They fail to tell clients. The tall black guy chef preparing eggs didn't clean his oven so my omelette was totally charcoal. We ordered a porter to help with luggage. Even after 30 minutes he still didn't come so we had to carry 6 pieces down
