This hotel Sara suites have so much mild in bathroom area smells bad, room have mold everywhere the place is birty ,sink DIDNT work shower head DIDNT work has mild walls , pool area dirty floors tables outside,floors this place I don’t recommend it ! I ask to speak with manager or owner the reception told me to write a letter but no money back so I check out I left the hotel because is NOT GOOD THIS HOTEL IN THE PICTURES LOOK DIFFERENT BUT WHEN YOU GET THERE IS BAD AND NO PARKING EITHER. Don’t Wasted your money!

Mobiliario muy deficiente , sin ninguna silla, mesa o buró y en malas condiciones , la ropa de blancos en malas condiciones colcha y almohadas, llaves de agua lavabo en malas condiciones y regadera tapada con un chorrito de agua se bañaba uno , WC con fugas en llaves, el internet mala señal

Le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel, los dispensadores de jabón de baño se ven sucios, pésimo el internet, solo sirve para dormír, mucho ruido de la alberca y se veían muy sucias

Pros:

El lugar es agradable pero la hora del mosquito se pone terrible y no se puede disfrutar la alberca por la tarde noche . . espero puedan corregir ese pequeño gran detalle . . entiendo que la remodelación siempre cause algún problema, pero ruidosa bomba de agua de pipa a las 7 de la mañana es inaudito . . recomendable para entre semana, de lunes a miércoles . .el jueves empieza a perder lo apacible . .
