Pleasant, close to beach, welcoming staff.
Pros:

The closeness to the beach and stores if you needed anything all in walking distance. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. It served its purpose for a place to sleep while we were at the Oz grand prix all day/evening.

No cleaning services during weekend. Cleaning services just made up bed, cleared dustbin and changed towel sometimes no replenish of amenities. All on request only.

Thanks again to the staff for helping us out
Pros:

Good accommodation. Staff were very helpful as we were originally put into a room on the first floor and due to a physical condition we’re unable to easily climb the stairs. They graciously upgraded us to a larger ground floor room for our stay at no extra charge.

Nothing. It was as expected for this price

Comfy and quiet
Pros:

We stay here often when we visit family. Its clean, quiet and comfy, and very friendly staff.

Cons:

No elevators, so be prepared to carry bags up to level 3.

No street noise
Pros:

Our room was upgraded. It was lovely, large with a full kitchen. Bed was comfy and we slept really well with no street noise. Staff were excellent.
