Pros:

The location was close to the function we came to Melbourne for.
The studio apartment was comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The pillows were either too flat or super high and comfortable. Blankets were hospital type and were slightly worn.

Good location, close to shops and beach.
No noise from outside

Cons:

Apartment was dated. No attention to detail for the cleaning. The sofa was dirty with stains from previous guests and very firm to sit on. Walls and floors marked and dirty

Clean, quiet, spacious, with friendly staff.
Pros:

2 bedroom apartment
Super friendly and helpful staff. Very large apartment, that felt warm and cosy. Generally very clean. Beds were comfy. Parking was free and easy to get. No noise issues. Really appreciated the late checkout.

Cons:

Really the only criticism was the building has no lifts so you need to be ok with stairs. However the staff did ring and check this was ok, immediately after booking.
Also shower over bath may not work with people with mobility issues
