This was the worst stay. Quest you need to do better!!
Pros:

Brown water out of the taps.
Leaky shower head
No bedside lamps
No USB ports to charge ur phone
3rd floor accomodation with no lift
Stairwell light didn’t work
Toilet didn’t flush properly

We upgraded to an apartment, so much better Space. We'll worth the extra cost.

An excellent location right on the main road; very spacious quiet apartment complex;
Pros:

Very spacious apartment as I was not expecting to have so much room! Bonus having a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge/freezer unit; if I had needed them a washing machine and dryer! A walk-in shower was much appreciated as I am over the shower over the bath business now..too difficult and annoying…The bed was a super comfy king size; blackout blinds ensured those pesky street lights did not disturb my sleep; very quiet complex and no noise from the main road; within walking distance of the Bayside shopping complex and Skybus drop off/pickup spot;

Cons:

My only real concern was in the bathroom as the water from the shower flowed across the floor to the drain in the middle of the room…it made walking across a wet floor dangerous; I had been initially allocated a room on the second level but with no lifts in the complex I was fortunate to score a ground level apartment on arrival;

Location and ease of access. The staff was exceptional and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Very minor but still using keys and room buzzer panel appartments corresponding numbers we worn so didn’t know which was correct buzzer.
