Modern, spacious apartment in great location
Pros:

Spacious, modern, airy apartment, good kitchen, large bedroom and excellent location.

Cons:

Only minor issue we had was the door locks were temperamental and took a lot of jiggling to work. They seemed very old.

Didn’t enjoy it.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and sheets clean.

Cons:

Lounge was very dirty, table in kitchen hadn’t been wiped, floor in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, dishwasher not working, the shower over the bath very dangerous for an elderly person. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Spacious, clean and well appointed. Connecting rooms worked well for our family trip. Glasses, crockery etc appropriate for us to be able to prepare simple meals ourselves. Most importantly wine glasses!

Cons:

Would have been nice if milk had been supplied with the coffee making resources.

Great location, nice room, free parking.
Pros:

Comfortable stay, was more like an apartment with lots of room, full kichen and laundry. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Door locks are in poor condition, quite differcult to access the room at times. No room cleaning throughout our stay.

A spacious apartment.

Cons:

Due to some mobility problems, I booked what I was told was a ground-floor apartment. There were, however, three steps up to the entrance level. Three steps might seem insignificant, but they were still a minor challenge for me. I would suggest that in future, the staff at Quest Frankston advise anyone booking a "ground-floor" apartment, due to mobility matters, that there are in fact some steps up to the accommodation. That level of disclosure is entirely reasonable in the circumstances, and indicates a more comprehensive level of care as demonstrated by the accommodation provider.

Great location, wonderful staff and great amenities.

Cons:

The only thing was the sofa bed wasn't real comfy as a couch, and been there for 2 weeks would have been nice. Also the shower dripping all the time but wasn't really an issue.
