部屋について　少し古い印象ですが清掃はされていると思います。浴室内に、他人の髪の毛が数本残っていたのは残念でした。
朝食について　崎陽軒のシュウマイ弁当とおーいお茶の紙パックがフロントで配布されます。コーヒーももらえます。お弁当の温めは５Fに電子レンジが1台ありそこで温める必要があります。食べる場所は自身の部屋か２Fのラウンジになります。

今回、横アリにライブの為宿泊させて頂きましたが、フロントに好きなアーティストのウエルカムボードがあり感動！
お部屋も今までのビジホの中で一番水回りも清潔でとても寛ぐ事が出来ました

入り口からとても綺麗な素敵な佇まいでした。客室もとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。部屋で空調の調整が出来なかったのだけが気になりましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。

新横浜駅から近く コンビニやカフェも多くて便利。
ホテルも綺麗で ベッドも大きくて寝心地最高でした。
ただ エアコンは暖房しか使えないようになってて 冬でも暖かい日だったので 暑かった。
あと部屋の電気も浴室も暖色系のため化粧がしにくく女性には不便。
アメニティは充実してて良かったです。

快適にすごせました。
エントランスの雰囲気もかわいく素敵です。
駅からも近くアクセスも良い！
リネン類が清潔なのと、シャンプートリートメントの質が良かったです。
バスタブの排水がゆっくりだったのが、少しだけ残念でしたが、機会があればまたお世話になりたいです。

フロントがとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。
間違って喫煙室を押さえてしまい禁煙室が満室だったため変更は不可でしたが消臭希望の旨伝えると対応していただけました。

ただ、冷蔵庫はあまり使いたいと思えませんでした。

水周りの排水が悪く臭いもきつい
Pros:

外観は綺麗に見えても部屋は古いつくり。お風呂や洗面所は古いのでお湯が出るまでに時間を要し、特に排水の流れが酷く臭いもきついです。またエアコンの効きも悪くなかなかお部屋の温度調整も出来ないのは猛暑日には辛い宿泊でした。フロントの対応もマニュアルに添った感じで良い印象ではありません。
