Disappointed with room compared to impression of hotel.
Pros:

Very nice public spaces. Good impression in lobby and front desk.
Good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Room had very worn carpet and musty smell. Poor view, looking at wall even on floor 15. Bed a bit hard.

Cons:

The WI FI did not work. Twice we were reassured that they would/ had fixed it. It did no good. We did without WI FI, which is troublesome when traveling internationally.
