The stay at Centrair Hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it is directly connected to the airport, making arrivals and departures very smooth.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing despite being so close to the airport.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, providing efficient service throughout the stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary drinks and light refreshments.

Overall, it is an excellent choice for both short stays and transit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Centrair Hotel couldn’t be more convenient for departure or arrival, excellent facilities, spotless and comfortable.
Pros:

Centrair Hotel couldn’t be more convenient for accessing the airport for an early flight. The property was spotless and well appointed, changing the in-room temp controller actually worked for the first time in 50 years of travel!! The breakfast was comprehensive though not necessarily for muesli loving guests!
We’ll definitely stay again - next time we fly from Nagoya.

基本的には満足した宿泊です
Pros:

空港利用には最適なホテルです
設備も綺麗で朝食バイキングも充実したメニューで大変満足できました

Cons:

シャワーの流量もよくバスルームも綺麗ですが、シャワーカランの裏にシャワーをあてたら大量の水垢が取れて流れてきました
目に見えない箇所の清掃も大事ですね

チェックイン時の対応が研修中？の方でしたがちょっと遅くて残念でした
お客さんの前に立ったらプロとして対応できるようになってからが良いと思います
基本的には早くチェックインして部屋で休みたいですから

Pros:

Unbeatable location in Terminal 1. Very close to airport train terminus.

Cons:

Breakfast is very expensive. There was no flexibility at all for checkout. Staff rather unfriendly that was a real surprise in Japan. Definitely overprized.

Good location and if I comeback Nagoya ,I will stay here again.
Pros:

Location connected with the airport easy to walk for dinner and shopping. Staff speak English clear and helpful.

Cons:

It my room nonsmoking type but it smell something unclean.

位置超方便，在機場出入境與車站的中心，旁邊有24小時的便利商店，最後在這裡規劃兩天一夜，可以到常滑市半日遊跟Aeon Mall採購👍
