Pros:

The Comfort Hotel is across the road from the Chubu Airport and you can access the hotel through a covered passage so you don’t have to go outside. It’s very convenient. Also, the bed was very, very comfortable.

Cons:

After a very long flight, traveling for over 15 hours and 18 time zones, I was exhausted and my brain was very fuzzy. Unfortunately, there is an automated check-in machine demanding too much information. It would be MUCH better to gave an old fashioned check-in system handled by a human.

とても快適でした！
Pros:

空港直結でとても便利、スタッフの方たちもとても丁寧でした。
ラウンジも短時間滞在しましたが、とてもよかったです！
置いてある本なども興味深く、次はゆっくり過ごしてみたいです。
宿泊したのが飛行機の見えるお部屋で、子供たちとワクワクしながら眺めていました。
また利用させていただきたいです。

最高でした！
Pros:

空港内にあり飛行機の利用はしてないのですが
子供が遊べる場所もありここに
泊まりを決めて飛行機も沢山見れて
良かったです！朝食のバイキングも
本当に美味しかったです♡♡

とても利便性もいいと思います！

Cons:

良くない…とまではいいませんが
大浴場はないです、
空港の方へ少し歩いて行きましたが
それも新鮮で楽しかったです。

スタッフ対応はなまる
Pros:

チェックイン、早朝のチェックアウトともにフロントスタッフの爽やかで丁寧な対応のため、滞在時間は短かったですが気持ち良く過ごすことができました。
朝も笑顔でいってらっしゃいませと
小学生の子供も感動していました。
