Air conditioning was poor in my room
Très bien situé. De plus le personnel au top. On y mange très bien et le petit déjeuner est très varié.

The best breakfast buffet that I had in all of Vietnam or perhaps any country. The variety and selection of food was unreal. The room was comfortable. All the staff members were friendly. Very good location on the walking street.
Our room was across from a room that was being repaired. We heard banging and loud noises until late in the evening. The balcony wasn't a true balcony. You can stand on it, but there was no chairs or any space for anything else.

We had a wonderful stay at the Thanh Lich Hotel in Hue. The location is excellent—right among the walking streets, making it very convenient to explore the area, restaurants, and local attractions on foot.
The breakfast each morning was great, with plenty of options to start the day well. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
What really made the experience special was the staff. They were fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They also recognised that we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue.
The shower like many in Vietnam doesn’t have a screen around the shower so water goes everywhere making it quite dangerous

Mein Mann erhielt vom Hotel einen kleinen Kuchen mit Kerze zum Geburtstag und ein Geschenk. Ohne das wir mitgeteilt haben, das er Geburtstag hat. Das war sehr überraschend.

O quarto onde ficamos na primeira noite era virado para uma rua barulhenta, mas fomos falar à receção e mudaram-nos de quarto na segunda noite para um virado para uma rua bem mais tranquila. Foram prestáveis!
