Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very nice and vibrant part of Hue, full of restaurants and cafes. Room was very clean and spaceful. The staff is very polite and helpful. We really loved it.

Pros:

Service and attentiveness were phenomenal; Phuong and Loc are the warmest and most helpful receptionists you'll ever meet. They gave my family and I great recommendations around the area and made us always feel welcome. I would without doubt book this place again.

Pros:

The best breakfast buffet that I had in all of Vietnam or perhaps any country. The variety and selection of food was unreal. The room was comfortable. All the staff members were friendly. Very good location on the walking street.

Cons:

Our room was across from a room that was being repaired. We heard banging and loud noises until late in the evening. The balcony wasn't a true balcony. You can stand on it, but there was no chairs or any space for anything else.

Great location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Thanh Lich Hotel in Hue. The location is excellent—right among the walking streets, making it very convenient to explore the area, restaurants, and local attractions on foot.

The breakfast each morning was great, with plenty of options to start the day well. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

What really made the experience special was the staff. They were fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They also recognised that we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue.

Cons:

The shower like many in Vietnam doesn’t have a screen around the shower so water goes everywhere making it quite dangerous
