Pros:

Staff were friendly and accomodating - and i should leave it at that, but can’t.
This place is horrible dirty. Your image in the mirror with hazy from water stains. Showers are clogged with grime and drip at best. Beds are made with patches of bedsheets - but the friendly staff will get you to the airport in time for a good view of Lombok from a window seat

I will stay again when I get back to Lombok.
Pros:

I always happy stay in this hotel. The staffs are really nice and super helpful. And, thanks much Booking.com to provide transport from the airport for free and upgrade the room. You and Ilira Lite are the best!

Cons:

The place has really come down over the years. It’s sad because I know these bad ratings will pull the ratings further down - I hope not to the point where it endangers the jobs of the staff because they were truly nice and helpful. There simply has no been any investments made in the hotel. My room had smoking smell, the furniture is completely run down, bed sheet I slept on had a full on scratched hole in it. I wouldn’t stay there again.
