This resort is a beautiful sanctuary. The stunning gardens create such a deep sense of peace that you can feel it sink into your body. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is perfect for a relaxing swim.

The food was excellent, and the hot bamboo massage was an absolute highlight — leaving me feeling completely relaxed and almost floating afterward. A wonderful place to unwind, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

It is a beautiful resort to relax, the staff is friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant serves great food!

I stayed at the Fleur de Lys Hotel for the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and cozy, the bed is soft, and the linens are white and clean. The grounds are large and well-maintained, with lots of flowers and greenery. There's a large pool and a restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The grounds also offer access to a clean beach with a gorgeous sea view.
Special thanks to the staff, especially Anh Thu, who was very attentive and friendly, and made sure my vacation was wonderful! After checkout, they gave me some special souvenirs, which was very nice and thoughtful! Thank you, I'll definitely be back and recommend you to my friends!

Fleur de Lys Resort Long Hai delivered a perfect beachfront escape from the moment we arrived. Check-in was warm and welcoming, and our terraced room felt instantly like home—AC and fan already humming, with beautiful natural light during the day. The room was just a short walk to the beach, where I enjoyed peaceful strolls along the calm, warm shoreline.

Dining was a highlight: Phương in the kitchen prepared delicious food and refreshing drinks throughout our stay, and the managers (Vân and also Phượng) regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The resort is packed with activities—biking, shooting hoops, archery—and of course plenty of time to relax by the pool or beach, so we were never bored.

I treated myself to the signature hot bamboo massage with Kiều before leaving, and it worked out every knot—truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and grateful for the thoughtful service, stunning setting, and easygoing vibe.

Beautiful beach front resort with over the top customer service from the staff! Even though we had a short stay, it was a very warming and welcoming stay. Lots of activities within resort, peaceful and quiet, only a few steps from the beach and everything from room to dining was clean and tidy!

we have stayed here for 10 days, as part of a month long visit to vietnam.
we have felt taken care of from the first moment we landed in vietnam. we are pensioners and knew we would be tired after arrival, so we had asked them to pick us up at the airport. the day before they sent us a picture of the driver and car. they followed up a little after departure, if everything was in order. it gave a deep feeling of professionalism.
we stayed in a small house with its own garden.
about 100 meters from the south china sea, with a wonderful and safe beach.
there was always a lifeguard on duty.
the hotel area was lush like a botanical garden.
All the staff was always there to help and serve, and this in a very pleasant way. with must mention our "contact person" kim, who was very follow-up on our wishes. we are already looking forward to returning.

Refreshing and delicious fresh juice. Comfortable space with a beautiful sea view. Trang, our server, took great care of us. Definitely worth coming back!

Wonderful atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks, and Trang was very attentive to us. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

Overall everything was great. The rooms and villa were lovely, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We rented a bbq for a small fee to cook some food we brought as there were limited kitchen facilities. The staff provided everything to light it and delivered to our room. There was a problem with our room keys which had to be fixed twice but the staff handled it quickly and we're very efficient. The pool filter and lights were not functioning the first day, we had to ask for someone to come and turn them on. Again this was done quickly. We also had to ask for beach towels as there were none provided in the rooms, despite the private pool and beach access. Also for a 4 bed villa there was a lack of outdoor seating. Only 2 loungers, no cushions and no shaded area to sit. The villa next door to us had a covered outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. That would have been nice, or at least an umbrella. Small fixes could make this room exceptional.

My family stayed in a wonderful, clean 2-bedroom villa with the view of its own swimming pool & lotus pond garden downhill, which we really enjoyed (however, there are a few small details that need to be improved to make it more convenient for guests). The hot bamboo therapy at spa is a must try. The restaurant's food is delicious or so so, depending on each dish and each person's taste. Personally, I think they’re just fine, but to our 3 sisters, the drinks mixed at the pool bar are really great. The staff’s service attitude is good & enthusiastic towards customers, there are only some mistakes in taking food orders, 1 time forgetting a dish, 1 time getting the dish wrong, or 1 time even missing our in-room order, but overall, the experience at the resort this time was terrific!

Check-in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel right at home. The resort is stunning beautifully, crystal-clear pools and views of the beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I’m very impressed with Ms. Anh Thu. She handled our check-in quickly and efficiently, but what impressed us most was the personal touch - taking the time to share helpful tips about the resort, recommend local attractions, and even remembering our names throughout our stay.
One evening, we had an issue with our booking taxi, and Ms. Anh Thu went above and beyond to resolve it, her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one.

A great getaway from Saigon, just 2 hours by car. Very green, with beautiful kid friendly pools. The restaurant is very accommodating as well and speaks English. Truc, Loi, Vuong, and Trang helped to make things easy.

The food is good and all waiters are very nice and helpful. Their services are beyond what we expected, especially Truc, Rot, and Loi they are young but very professional.

Today I have a job transfer and stay at Fleur De Lys resort, I was really impressed with the reception team of 3 beautiful girls, Ms. Thuy, Ms. Ngan, Ms. Ngoc Anh. These girls work very professionally, thoughtfully, enthusiastically and wholeheartedly to help me. After 1 minute I completed the check-in procedure. First impressions are very important, and my first impression of the hotel is great. Thank you for everything.

We are having a marvelous time at this resort. In particular, our servers Trung Truc and Anh Trang went above and beyond with our meals at the main restaurant.

Smiles doesn't make subpar food taste better. Beautiful atmosphere, but outdated facilities, food - breakfast, lunch, & dinner offerings sub par at best. I honestly dont understand why it's difficult to provide basic good food with the price point.
