Beautifully kept gardens and environs. Three swimming pools all beautifully clear and clean.
The layout of the whole complex is wonderful.

Cons:

standard and superior rooms do not get a hand towel, washer, or bidet towels which are required for bidet.

Pros:

Comfortable down stairs room that was requested in our booking.

The sunbeds around the pool could be updated as they are quiet old.
But can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Tranquil gardens, lovely pools, kind staff, well kept room with a great location. Will be back.
Pros:

The staff very helpful. On our way to dinner I mentioned to the desk staff that the bed was a little too firm. By the time we returned, a mattress topper had been placed on the bed. Problem solved. Room cleaned beautifully everyday.

Pros:

As always the staff were happy and welcoming and tried to accommodate requests to be moved 🙏 staff made my bday special at breakfast.

Cons:

I booked 4 months prior to our holiday ..returning guest, party of 6 and rooms where not close together as asked for.
Wet season YES but the front of our rooms were flooded for days with a foot of water, we needed to wade through dirty water above our ankles to get out of our rooms.

Comfortable, great location in Sanur.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location on the main street of Sanur. It is open, with lovely gardens and two very nice sized pools. The room was very clean, comfortable, and a generous size.
The overall feel is quiet and relaxed. Not many kids, parties or noise.
Some rooms are dated, but there are renovation works going on, so they will be more modern soon.
The pool bar had very good service and the drinks were very nice. Staff always smiling and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast. Everything I ate was okay, but the variety wasn't there.
The service was wonderful, friendly and attentive, but the selection could use an update. A coffee machine, even pods, and real fruit juice would help improve this.

Minor things. My room had no windows but this was compensated for by the outdoor terrace seating. Better coffee for breakfast - it wasn’t possible to get fresh coffee until 8.00.

I was charged $100 AUD more for exactly the same room as my friend next door, for 3 nights... when I spoke to the manager he was not remotely interested, told me to speak to Booking. Com.. as it wasn't his problem... this made me feel anxious and like he didn't care about the customers...
