Worst BED experience
Pros:

The location and the Staff.
The food at the bar and the pizzas are very good.

Cons:

THE BED ! WORST IN OUR LIVES.
The breakfast can be much better. Benchmark with other hotels please.
The food can better cooked ( international ) and BETTER PRESENTED.
THE HOTEL IS GREEN AND WELL SITUATION BUT WE DON'T SLEEP WELL AND WE DON'T EAT BREAKFAST WELL.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff. Great value for money
Pros:

The staff are amazing at Swastika, they really make the stay exceptional. They are all super friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - all of them even the housekeeping, garden team and security guys. They really are the heart and soul of the hotel.
The air con is ice cold, it’s so refreshing coming into your room from the heat outside. The room was perfect, we stayed in the deluxe room and it’s huge! The grounds are beautiful, the gardeners do a fantastic job. There are three pools to choose from and you never have any trouble getting a sun lounger. The location is great too but it’s nice and quiet in the hotel.

Cons:

The beds are quite hard but if you ask at reception they will organise a mattress topper which really helps!
The pools are great but there is no shade over any of them during the day and the water is very warm not cool and refreshing.

Already booked a return stay.
Pros:

Great location within Sanur close to beach and shops, however felt like a little Bali paradise within the property. Gardens were immaculate and pool areas relaxing.

Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Old tired room, smelled musty/mouldy, shower is open (not recessed) so water goes all over the floor - soaking bathmats and leaving water everywhere on bathroom floor. No vanity - just a sink on the wall.

Beautiful quiet balinese stay in Sanur. Great value for money!
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and welcoming and friendly. Their motto is welcome like family and they certainly do that! The rooms were spotless clean, lovely pools and we loved the Spa massages and ladies.

Cons:

Nothing Swastika Bungalow was lovely! We personally prefer to be closer to the beach, but it is only a short 7-minute walk across a busy road and down the beach lane. We were a family with younger children; there were some other families, but mostly retirees.

Our balcony room was situated between 2 lots of smokers so could not avoid it

Great location set back from busy lively street with loads of places to eat, shop or be pampered with easy walking distance.

Cons:

Pools are not quite cool enough. Need a shade cloth over portion to keep temperature nicer.
