Extremely satisfied & will be back
Pros:

Have stayed many times over many years, it feels like home & staff are always lovely & helpful.

Cons:

The beds & the pillows, both rock hard.

Very very nice place, great value for Sanur
Pros:

Lovely lovely grounds and buildings, staff are all lovely, great location, quiet

Cons:

Chicken curry at the restaurant was so ordinary (thin and salty) I never went back

Next time I would have the superior room (eg40-46) as they have nice big balconies whereas deluxe rooms (eg 225 - which are dearer) do not

Pros:

Was great for husband who has trouble walking has a stick and we had ground floor bungalow and close to the pool that was easy for him to get in

Would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Wonderful setting & room & was perfectly quiet. Loved my breakfast - stayed at the 101 after here and despite there being more options there - the overall quality of the breakfast at the swastika was superior.

Cons:

This was not a game changer for me but it is on the older side - I knew that going in & for being on the "older side" it was still wonderful.

De rust, de locatie, het supervriendelijke personeel en het fijne ontbijt. We kregen een gratis kamerupgrate.

Cons:

De hoeveelheid muggen, het leek wel musquitocity. Kwam natuurlijk vooral door al het weelderig groen en de vochtigheid.

Great stay in Sanur, large busy hotel but our stay was relaxing
Pros:

Great stay, quiet room, great breakfast, hired bikes which is a great way to get around Sanur

Cons:

Nothing. The property is quite large so lots of guests. The sidewalk was under construction post floods but I expect this is finished now

I'd happily stay again
Pros:

Lovely large room, very clean, great AC. Large balcony overlooking pool. Breakfast nice - bacon was not pork though. Bed hard. Lovely staff, gorgeous grounds. Fantastic central location.

Cons:

Softer bed. More variety at breakfast. Real bacon please!
