Service was good, but the rest was disappointing. The shower had mold, and the room didn’t match the photos. Walls are paper-thin—we could hear our neighbors drinking at 2 AM. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers or those expecting a well-maintained space

Staffs are helpful, location is good.

A budget hotel in the city centre with plenty of restaurants, massage spas and activities available at the doorstep.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There is no restaurant on site.
20 min drive from the airport.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke though it was supposed to be smoke free rooms.. staff didn’t seem bothered one bit.

Excellent everything. Room is a little dated but the big room size certainly compensate that. Receptionist staff team is excellent. I would stay here again.

Great hotel but lift and stairwell a bit tired...fortunately that wasn't where we slept and the room was really comfortable!

Central location, hotel room is well appointed, comfortable bed.

Service was good, and the simple yet sharp decor was great too, shame the walls are paper thin so you could hear everything going on in the building, but for a short stop as we had it served the purpose fine.

Staff was great, location was good. Hotel is a little worn. Corridor was very loud when any guest entered or exited their rooms. Only cold water in bathroom sink.Breakfast was just okay, Three star hotel. The staff was really great.

City center, walkable distance to Bui Vien walking street.

Certainly not the star rating as stated, very small rooms, with no help from the reception staff and to assit with your luggage, noisy construction site next door and the worst breakfast selection i have seen in a long time, very uncrowded, dont let the pictures fool you. Our worst hotel stay in Vietnam, there are much better choices in Saigon, woud not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were lovely - very helpful. We were offered feee breakfast. The room could have been cleaner. Ideally ask for a room above the first floor as this is where breakfast is served so I was woken at 6.30am from noise of staff preparing breakfast. The hotel offer ear plugs as there’s ongoing construction too but they don’t really muffle the consistent banging from 8am.

Place was located to many hotels and can be slightly noisy nearby with club... good point is got circle k below

Quite hapoy with everything especially the staff, young and respectful

the staff is very good,this hotel is no bell boy,breakfast is very fool,air conditioner is old need to be change,elevator slowly,one night is ok, not more than that

some facilities are rather run out & some even malfunction.
