Worst experience i ever had
Pros:

The hotel has full of bed bugs and I'm going to complain to the ministry of health of malaysia

Cons:

No maintenance done. I was infected with full of bed bugs. The hotel agreed room do a full refund for the 2days booking and was confirmed by Mr surendran the duty manager.
