It was ok
Pros:

Its a lovely looking hotel

Cons:

We checked in late after informing the staff way in advance (2 weeks before arrival and on the arrival afternoon) . We were really tired and once we got in the room it was really cold and the heating wasnt on or didnt work. We informed the receptionist and he kindly gave us a portable heater. However that took time to warm the room up. The heating was eventually working in the morning but thats really not acceptable. Also the bathroom floor is really cold and going there with no slippers was really uncomfortable. Also, I would expect more towels than 1 pp.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Quartier proche du front de mer, très bien situé. A 10mn du terminal des ferrys. Hôtel charmant, propre, literie confortable. Chambres lits jumeaux en rez-de-jardin très calme, rue peu passante. Chambre exécutive à l’étage très bien aussi. Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées.
Personnel accueillant et disponible, nous ont servi à dîner bien qu’il était tard et les cuisines sur le point de fermer.

Cons:

Un peu plus de chauffage dans la chambre serait bienvenu en hiver.

Lovely place and accommodation, amazing breakfast but facilities rough round the edges , we paid for a super king room ,
We had to pay every thing up front for the accommodation extras,on arrival,after paying for accommodation when booking
Had to pay extra to accommodate our dog but no bowls treats or bedding, unlike other places we have stayed
In,
staff couldn't make a shandy,
we had to pay for everything as we went,ie drinks etc
not settling up at the end after paying everything up front,

It was very nice close to the beach and local shops. The buffet breakfast was very nice
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. There were nice chairs to sit on and the room was good value for money. They supplied a bottle of of filtered water in the room which saves us having to buy a bottle

Cons:

The only thing was breakfast finished at 9 and most places I have stayed it's usually 9.30/10.

Very happy with this hotel, mattresses may be due for renewal

Staff very helpful. Tasteful decor. Good sized room.

Cons:

Mattresses were poor. Deep indents in the middle - felt and looked like ‘holes’ under the bottom sheet.

We had a wonderful time here, I would definitely love to come back in the near future!
Pros:

I think it’s very beautifully decorated. I love the style and how everything is laid out. It’s very up to date. I loved the bathroom and the layout of our room, it was very spacious and a perfect location for why we were staying there. (Beach trip) I had a wonderful time here. My 10 year old daughter thought it was the best place she’d ever seen and my autistic 3 year old was safe and had an absolute blast! It’s very rare we find somewhere that has the needs for both children but this was amazing. It had everything we needed.

There isn’t anything I can complain about I don’t think?
