EVERYTHING WAS FIRST CLASS.
Always a nice stay at the Florence great location and, lovely room and great breakfast
Clean nicely decorated boutique hotel. Friendly staff and accommodating when I wanted to change rooms due to husbands recent diagnosis and the stairs proved to much for him.
The toast was slightly wafted past the toaster; still too ‘bready’ but the breakfast was great otherwise.

Restaurant lacked atmosphere, parking pretty basic just off street.
Minor things but room should have facial tissue. Breakfast only includes one slice of toast which seems a bit odd. Carpets need refresh.
It was very clean, comfortable and facilities met our requirements. It was located in a really nice quiet area with a great restaurant attached and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
