The courtyard dining is very pleasant in the sunshine. The location is ideal for access to the promenade or to the Kings theater. The bed was comfortable and the room and en-suite were clean. The male attendant and the young waitress at breakfast were very pleasant and accommodating.
No information sent regarding the pre-booked gated parking so we arrived at reception not knowing where to go. Receptionist seemed bored and un-engaged on both days. Front-of-house maître d' was head-down and didn't make eye contact the entire time, not even when telling us to vacate the breakfast table as it was reserved for a non-resident booking. The room ensuite was small with very little storage space. The TV was basic and had no smart functions. Paltry amount of milk provided in sachets for tea and coffee. Overall with the service level and facilities not worthy of the 'boutique' moniker and not worth the hefty price tag (£184.50) for a single night B&B stay.

Loved the quietness of the property and closeness to D-Day museum and the beach front.
Staff were good at check in and dinner/ breakfast service but when we went to check out girl didn’t ask a us anything about our stay or where we were going. This one ack by the checkout receptionist soured our stay.

The location and the ambiance
Really everything satisfactory ; the tv could have been better- wasn’t working properly although that was not a major problem on this stay hence I didn’t mention it.

Sehr gutes Frühstück: man konnte z.B. verschiedene Kaffeesorten bestellen, sich Eier nach Wahl zubereiten lassen, sich aus der Frühstückskarte spezielle Frühstücksteller vorbereiten lassen sowie sich am Buffet bedienen!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden!

The staff is great and very helpful. The breakfast was really good; we could order cooked options from a menu, and the food was nicely prepared. The room is nice but needs a bit of love, everything felt a bit old and could use an update.
The bathtub had hair in it, so we didn't use it. I also got a bit of an allergy after checking into the room. I guess that the curtains and carpet could use a good deep clean.
Very quirky set of buildings. Garden area excellent use of space.
We were in annex building across from main building but would have liked to be in main building.
