Lovely hotel

This place was amazing. The service was great. The best what Bali can offer. The room was impeccable. Any services we needed they attended too. On valentines day they put flowers in the bathtub and all over the bed for us. We traveled with a 10 month old and they gave us a high chair, crib and was super helpful. It's hard to complain about getting such great service. Also outside the villa was surrounded by beautiful Rice terraces you can walk around and enjoy every morning.

Only downside was wifi in the room wasn't the best and paying to much for the airport pickup however that is what we agreed to knowing we could have got a taxi for cheaper. Other than that this place was amazing. Breakfast was served on time every morning and always amazing and cooked to our liking and staff went above and beyond.

In Ubud, I the food was terrible. There was only one place to eat and it was very very ordinary. Breakfast was ordinary and always cold. The wifi dropped in and out. The shuttle to get to the street was inconvenient. The area, including Ubud was filled with fumes. I noticed many bike riders were wearing masks.

We stayed in a Villa with own pool. It was just lovely. So worth the extra to have your own pool. Design of our villa was fabulous. We were quite happy to stay in our villa rather than to brave outside.

On a more positive note, the staff were very pleasant.

In Inaya Putri, Nusa Dua, the hotel

The villa was of a good size and place was clean. The staff were great and prompt and breakfast was excellent! The free shuttle to town also made it easy for travel and overall, I’ll recommend you to try it!

The property is gorgeous! Our villa was so beautiful and nice! We have no complaints or suggestions for improvements. The staff were very helpful and kind and always arranged for us to go out when we wanted to. Our driver was very helpful and made sure we got everywhere safely. The villa was always kept clean by staff. When we ordered breakfast or dinner in the villa it was always very well set up the food was good. As I said no complaints! Loved this place and would book here again!

The privacy of the villa and ability to soak in a private pool. The concept of the bathroom being semi outdoor is really cool. The staff are always willing to help and are very courteous. It’s a nice enclosed villa to enjoy for couples.

Location ok - not too many good résumants near hotel

Fantastic service from the staff and decently good food on menu. A perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation as villa is peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. The staff are caring and very welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The food was very nice, everything we had on the menu was delicious. The pool was clean and sparkling, our two boys loved swimming here. Probably the best few nights of our two week stay in Bali.

Villa's are amazing! The open roof bathroom and the private pool is definitely my favourites of the villa. Breakfast is served in your room offering either English breakfast, continental or Indonesian, I recommend the mie goreng for breakfast. The villa's are about 15 minutes drive away from Ubud centre where everything is going on, there in a shuttle bus service that leaves every 2 hours from the villas to drop you off and pick you up from the centre so it's easy to get around!

Villa was amazing! Lots of room, private pool and surrounded by the woods. The covered area by the pool with a couch, dining table and mini bar was perfect. The special made breakfast each day was delivered to your villa!!!

Beautifup private and tranquil villa, easy to relax. Staff go above and beyond to help. The views are stunning. Really felt like it was jist the two of us away from it all when we were in our villa.

Great stay in the one bedroom villa. Villa itself was clean and had all the facilities you would need. Staff were attentive and helpful. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. Really enjoyed having breakfast at the poolside in the morning. Great for a secluded getaway. Slightly outside of Ubud Main Street but we had hired a scooter which was very helpful to get around. The Villa can also arrange transport/have a shuttle to get you into the main area.

Lovely Villa in lovely slightly out the way place by Padi fields. Service was fantastic as were the breakfasts. Buggy service to the main road was fun and shuttle buses to Ubud reliable. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

The whole experience was amazing. Everything was top notch. Cleanliness, facilites, staff everything was just top class.

The villa stay was good. With nice private garden and pool in the ubud area. A 5 mins walk from the main road. The room and toilet was big. But the light a bit dim.

Villa was nice however the room is very dark as there is only one door to let the light in. Outside bathroom is a nice touch but shower took sometimes over 5 min to heat up and sometimes never got above Luke warm.
Highly recommend hiring a scooter here as the location is out of ubud however the road down to the villa is very average.
Did the rice paddy walk they provide as a free activity which was quite good.
The free breakfast was ok. Although food was usually not that hot.
There was also noisey construction going on within the complex that was annoying and should have been advised of this during checkin

beautiful villas with private pools, delicious and wide variety of breakfast, beautiful views of surrounding rice paddies. A bit confusing to find - you must get dropped off to a 'golf cart drop off zone' off the road and then call the hotel (with your own phone) in order for the cart to come pick you up - a regular car cannot get through. Situated in beautiful paddies/fields, but a bit of a walk to the center of town, though they will provide shuttle service for a small fee. overall a lovely visit. We checked out the 4br villa - gorgeous!!!! - we had small regrets that we did not opt for that instead of all separate.
