Very clean (except elevator needs cleaning) food excellent staff friendly will definitely be there again

We were placed on the 5th floor (top floor) & there is still renovations going on. The only I had with that was that our door didn’t look like it was locked safely. If I was staying there by myself, I would have moved but i was there with my BF so we just stayed.

Good value. Hotel was clean, breakfast good.

This place was ok. I booked a room with a king bed, I went to the room and the toilet was running, I lifted the back part of the toilet and noticed the gasket was broken. It was shocking that the cleaning staff didn’t pick up on this. The receptionist was wonderful and corrected the issue and put me in a double queen room. The room itself is ok. You can tell it’s an older hotel. I kept getting a smell of urine in the room, I wasn’t sure if it was coming from the ac unit. The couch had stains on it. The carpet had stains and some weird spots. There was a hair tie under the bed. The linens were clean. The bathroom was ok. The shower rod must be broke bc the shower liner wouldn’t stay expanded out so some water came out from the shower. The breakfast was awful. The eggs and sausage was cold. The pool was ok. Along the top edge of the pool is some black stuff. The pool floor was gross. The icing on the cake for this place was the homeless person that came in and stole some breakfast. She was saying the “f” word to the receptionist. I was so glad my son wasn’t with me during this incident. If you need a bed to sleep on this place is great for that other than that I wasn’t impressed. The staff was extremely nice though.

No bar no food

The gym was not well equipped.
The water machine did not work.
Also in the room the shower tub was not cleaned and had yellow discoloration on the tub
Unable to shower without putting a hand towel in the shower down. As it was not clean.
Curtains were dirty and ripped
Iron board was broken and iron wall attachment fell down while we were out of the room.
When we returned it was on the floor.

Room was clean stsff was very polite and never had a problem parking.

Traveled with My Wifey to take in the show at Mohegan Sun, and do some shopping. We haven't been that way in over 15 years, Needless to say we were looking forward to seeing the changes. First stop was the Hotel. At first glance everything seemed copasectic, however, after ordering a meal to eat in the room, we noticed that there was no garbage cans on our floor and definitely no recycle bins in site. I had to go downstairs in order to throw away the garbage. I used the plastic bags in the small bins in the room but then I had to ask front desk for additional bags so they gave me 2. Over the course of our 5 day stay I got 2 bags each time I asked. The bed was horrendous, it had dents and felt like its been there forever. This place was doing the bare minimum as far as being a Comfort Inn. The furniture was old and needed a serious upgrade. The only thing that was good was the smart tv, oh wait no hbo or premium cable, all basic, as a matter of fact the hotel was basic, no less than basic. It was my fault, I should have known better, and booked my stay at the Hyatt. I've always had a great experience with them. They understand customer service and concept of of spending money to make money. The people at Comfort Inn in Norwich are taking money and giving you nothing in return. I would NEVER stay there again, matter of fact, I'm never dealing with that whole franchise again, and if you are still reading this, I implore you to listen to me. DON'T USE COMFORT INN IN NORWICH.

Front desk staff lady wanted to charge me $60 to check in 2 hours early. It was like a Wednesday and low key day at the hotel. Didn’t like that at all.

We had a comfortable stay will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice quiet stay. Excellent customer service. The room needed a little more cleanliness. Thank you!
