Overall, good.
Pros:

Staff are very accommodating. Friendly and informative.
No air conditioning in rooms and fan originally provided was not adjustable (speed and circulation) and very loud.
Location was ok, in a residential neighborhood
Breakfast is consisted of coffee, fruits, some oats and yogurt

Cons:

No air conditioning nor ceiling fans in rooms
We asked to be moved to another room after the first night because it was unbearably hot and asked for a quieter fan that we could adjust. They accommodated our request. There was a dead bug on the bathroom shower sill that was never removed in our entire stay which made us think that they were not cleaning the shower

Abaixo das expectativas
Pros:

O aspeto do alojamento e a decoração muito típicos e bonitos. A localização e o estacionamento permitiu-nos estar a uma distância muito curta a pé do centro e deixar o carro seguro no alojamento.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço incluído é do tipo continental e incluía café, um bocadinho de fruta, iogurte, granola e uns pãezinhos pequenos com compota ou manteiga. Bastante fraco e pelo valor não compensa. Têm um menu disponível e pode-se pagar um valor acrescido para ter um pequeno almoço mais completo, é um negócio. O wifi do quarto e a televisão não funcionaram durante toda a estadia. O quarto tinha pouco isolamento sonoro e ouvia-se os carros e o movimento da rua da frente.
