A pleasant few days in Edinburgh
Pros:

Beautiful old building. Quiet area in city just off the main road

Cons:

Didn’t have a nice view from bedroom.

Good location
Pros:

Short 6 minute walk once outside Waverly station which is the main reason it was chosen.
Need was very comfortable and the room clean and shower room spotless.

Cons:

Price. Which is why we don't stay in Edinburgh if we can avoid it.

Pros:

Great location
Pros:

Excellent location in the centre of everything but at the same time very quiet.
Very clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast room was rather disappointing as was the breakfast.

It was a wonderful stay in Edinburgh and it was close enough to walk to attractions and bus stops!
Pros:

I loved the views outside our windows! Staff was also super helpful and accommodating!

Cons:

As an American, we aren’t used to not having lifts in hotels, that would be my only negative!

Edinburgh centre hotel
Pros:

Friendly accommodating staff that were keen to help. Comfortable room with high quality shower room. Breakfast was well cooked and presented.

Cons:

The room was warm due to limited ventilation, especially in the shower room. The window doesn't have privacy glass and faces an active building site. Blinds extend down from the top so to air the room privacy is compromised.
