Todo bien
Great location and staff were very friendly, very comfy and quiet night sleep
Location of the property was ideal for exploring Edinburgh. Close enough to the centre yet far enough away from the busy town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast. Lovely spacious bathroom and powerful shower. Very comfortable bed.
Lack of storage space in the room.
The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
In our room, the journey from the reception would be difficult for people with mobility issues.
Loved the central location but our room was lovely and quiet. The hotel had a charm about it which we loved. It was cosy and inviting. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice
The hard pillows were not to my liking but others might not have an issue. The view out one window wasn’t the best but the other window was fine.
I lovely the location, staff were very helpful. The room was nice and the shower was excellent
The spiral staircase to our room.
Location and a traditional hotel. Nice breakfast.
What I appreciated most was the heated towel rail in the bathroom. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big difference for me. I prefer reusing my towels rather than having them replaced every day, and the heated rail allowed them to dry properly between uses. It was a thoughtful feature that I really valued during my stay.
It wasn’t a problem for me, but some guests may want to be aware that there didn’t appear to be a lift/elevator. This could be less convenient for older visitors or those with limited mobility
Nothing
It was dark unwelcoming no heating no volume on tv had to pay for breakfast after paying £252 a night no water on second night to drink only 2 tea bags no clean towels
