It’s was a roller coaster type stay. Some good some bad!!
Pros:

It’s was a good location! Staff were definitely pleasant. The rooms were clean for the most part!!

Cons:

I had to change rooms when I first arrived. The first room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room! There system was also down when I went to change my room. So I had to wait till that evening to change rooms!!

Pros:

The hotel with conveniently located to the highway the inside was clean and were spacious. The structure of the building is nice and the cleaners are nice.

Cons:

Is the owners and the front desk customer service is so bad I don’t make you hate it.

Pros:

Hotel was okay but not such a high rating at listed here on TripAdvisor. Needs some updating and refresh but was clean. Most of the cardio equipment didn’t work and the weights were missing. Room has strong perfume smell from cleaners. Staff were very pleasant.

Clean hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

This location is close to a nice mall. Having said that you will need transportation as nothing is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean.

Cons:

In all fairness we visited over the Christmas Holidays and they did post the limited menu a head of time. The breakfast is what you would expect at a Hotel. On Christmas Day it was limited. I was counting on the breakfast as everything else was closed.

It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be booking with you all in the near future!
Pros:

The front staff was very sweet, the establishment was phenomenal, and the room itself was incredible!! Not to mention the pool and hot tub were amazing!!I definitely enjoyed my stay ,10/10, felt right at home!

Cons:

Everything was perfect!

Really nice comforts
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I hadn’t stayed in a Homewood Suites before and didn’t know what to expect. The area around the hotel was nice with a nice shopping/dining area just down the street with a Wegmans. The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again and if this is the standard for Homewood suites I will definitely stay in one again.

Cons:

Only things that could have been better is if they had cinnamon fir the oatmeal and if temperature in the gym was set at a lower temperature. I adjusted the thermostat but it didn’t seem to help.

Tucked away but nice
Pros:

My visit was 17-19 June 2025 for a retirement ceremony & party. Had mom with me. Hotel in a nice, safe, quiet & convenient location. Grounds were nice, staff helpful, pleasant and professional. One one day, a large heavy st young man acted like he did not want to be there but half answered my question until I came back for clarification but I let it go. We had a room with kitchen & king bed. Everything went well with room. Breakfast was standard hots & colds which was good. Would stay at this location again, it is pretty new.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk not only was she not helping me but she didn't help the customer after me! She was extremely rude and the rooms look like motel rooms. Bugs and just not a clean room at all!
