We stayed here when they were newly built, and have enjoyed staying there whenever we are in the ar.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We love the setting and surroundings of the hotel, and the location is very convenient for our visits in the area.

Cons:

Soft-close toilet seats would be nice.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious. All staff was friendly. A good breakfast to start the day with hot coffee. Breakfast area was large and clean with plenty of seating and great views. A bar is on grounds with nice decor, friendly staff and it was a great place to end the day.

The pool was the best part, but perhaps better luck next time.
Pros:

I liked that they had a pool, my kids enjoyed that. I also like that they had a bar and grill (although i did not use it) also the location wasn't terrible.

Cons:

I felt it could have been cleaner. I do not feel my needs were met. I had to clean my own room make my own bed and reuse towels .. I called down numerous times and I still did not receive the amenities I asked for ( I paid for)

Comfortable stay

Cons:

We were supposed to get a king deluxe room however they gave us a double queen standard. The room was nice but for the amount it was disappointing not getting the room we were supposed to. Also there was a foul oder coming from the sink.

I payed for the late check out, before 11am I had 2 employees walk in my room with the DND sign on the door..

Bar was great. People were very nice
Pros:

No meat products the morning. But ok

Cons:

Check in was hectic. Lady at front let us know she only worked nights. Told us it was to loud. Room not ready according to her. Went back 10 minutes later other person said it had been ready.
