Great location clean
Staff were rude when an issue was brought to their attention with the only option since I booked through booking.com being charged for the room and going to another hotel or dealing with the noise and marijuana. Smell

Poor housekeeping, pool too cold to swim in.
Everything it was amazing
Nothing at all
Room floor was not clean. Lamp by master bed did not work. Shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Pool area was shut down on sunday because "Someone had an accident". When asked for how long she replied "don't know cause I don't have staff here". Breakfast was subpar. Eggs were old and no sausage on Monday morning. No gravy on tuesday morning. Pancake/waffle machine STILL BROKE down. was also broken when we stayed for new years. Me and grandkids came for breakfast on Tuesday morning at 9:15. We were still there eating when they SHUT EVERYTHING down. Went to get OJ at 9:33 and machine was shut off and wouldn't turn it on so grandkids could have some OJ. There was NO REASON to pull the existing food (egg, sausages and potatoes) while we were there. I would never ask for anything to be made

Location is far from anything except for Bass Pro Shop but that isn’t a reflection of the hotel itself.

At night when we stayed there were a bunch of teenagers all in the lobby begin loud rude and obnoxious

Location and the walking trail around the lake. It was very peaceful! I would stay here again!
There was a tornado warning in the middle of the night and the hotel didnt have an alert system. They had staff knocking on doors and by the time they got to my door and we went to go to the designated area everyone was coming up. After checking the warning was for a decent amount of period of time and everyone wouldve had ample amount of time to take cover if they were alerted properly. They really need to have a better system of alerting their guests because if a tornado wouldve hit before everyone was informed to take cover that could've resulted in catastrophic results.

Couldn't get in hot tub it was over crowded by kids plus kids were running and jumping into pools
