Location was good, it was clean.

No frig or Micro wave. No shelf in the shower. The AC unit is way to loud and not sufficient cooling.

Pros:

What a gem! Newly renovated and super cute decor! Comfortable bed, absorbent towels and newly opened coffee and cocktail bar with funky and fresh furniture. Spent some time in their patio/outdoor area. We were in town for the Gatornationals and it was the perfect location.

Area was decent not on property

Cons:

The room we stayed in when we first checked in had no AC running so the room was hot. We had to buy a fan so we can have it running all day and night so it stays cool in the room. We stayed there for 2 days that was our issue. The hotel advertise a pool there was NO pool. The area where the pool was located was literally cement with some flowers on it. There was ppl hanging out all night smoking and drinking, You cant feel safe especially if you have younger kids

Wonderful staff, groovy room, nice location!
Pros:

The rooms were very cozy! I loved the decorations and the groovy style. The location was perfect for walking downtown. I went to the football game and it was an easy walk to the stadium.
