Unexpected visitors

The location

Cons:

After checking in we had house keeping open the door and come in without knocking on two separate occasions.
Way over priced accommodation. For 300 dollars for the night I expected more.
We also couldn't sleep the the air-conditioning on as it was extremely loud. Room 322.

I will never stay there again

Cons:

Very small room for the price. Breakfast options were horrible why bother. Room, hallways, elevator were not clean, the place was so noisy with people yelling and coming in late to their rooms at night with no respect for anyone else.

Very disappointing

We stay a few times a year here because it’s close to where we need to be
We won’t be staying again after our last stay .

Cons:

I called the property twice and was told I’d get a call back and didn’t !
We got to the property after 10pm and waited 30-40 minutes in the lobby with small kids to be checked into our room.
We then found out we had dirty sheets and when asked for new ones so I could replace them I was told to just brush them off as it was dust from the roof? No need sheets were offered.
We were also told there was no car spaces to then be offered one at a higher rate. When we finally got to the parking area inside the motel there was empty car park everywhere.
I’ve uploaded screen shots of the dirty sheets as it won’t let me upload the videos which show there was dirty in one bed and dirty yellow spots all through the bigger bed
