Pros:

Staff were great and the property feels safe and well maintained, poor bar lovely and pool very clean, short walk to the beach, a perfect hotel

Grande potenziale, ma una struttura rimasta troppo indietro nel tempo.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima e la hall dell’hotel è davvero bellissima, elegante e molto scenografica. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile: quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la prima camera, il giorno successivo ci sono state proposte subito due alternative. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la piscina esterna e la terrazza della seconda camera.

Cons:

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima e la hall è davvero bellissima, elegante e scenografica. Anche il personale merita un elogio: tutti sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Purtroppo, però, le camere non rispecchiano affatto l’impressione iniziale.

La prima camera aveva un condizionatore estremamente vecchio, ingiallito e praticamente non funzionante. Con il caldo era impossibile restarci e abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza. Il giorno seguente ci sono state gentilmente proposte due alternative e abbiamo scelto quella con terrazza. Anche questa, però, era molto datata: letto duro, cuscini scomodi, coperte vecchie e un bagno che necessita seriamente di essere ristrutturato. L’acqua del lavabo aveva inoltre un forte e sgradevole odore metallico, simile alla ruggine, che rimaneva persino sulle mani.

La piscina esterna è gradevole, mentre la piccola piscina termale un giorno era completamente vuota e quindi inutilizzabile.

La parte più deludente è stata però la ristorazione. La colazione, pagata separatamente, è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Anche la cena, €30 a persona a menu fisso, bevande escluse, è stata una grande delusione. Piatti poco riusciti e una proposta gastronomica che ho trovato estremamente datata, sia nella concezione sia nella presentazione. Anche le sale ristorante, scure e antiquate, sembrano rimaste ferme agli anni ’80. Considerando il prezzo, mi aspettavo decisamente un altro livello.

È un vero peccato perché la struttura ha grande potenziale, una posizione eccellente e un personale davvero professionale. Necessita però urgentemente di una profonda ristrutturazione delle camere, dei bagni, degli impianti e della ristorazione. Con un importante rinnovamento potrebbe diventare un hotel di tutt’altro livello.

Disappointing- definitely have no intention of going back!

The hotel room was tired but clean- the balcony was extremely small & definitely not very comfortable!

Really liked the hotel
Pros:

The location, the staff and the general ambience of the hotel. Loved the books available around the hotel to take and leave. Solarium was beautiful. The access arrangements with the beach was excellent value for money

Cons:

The breakfast was adequate however not very exciting. Didn’t see it as value for money.

Perfect location with excellent facilities!

The location and onsite facilities were very good!

Cons:

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The shower recess is far too small and there were no in room provisions ie. tea or coffee making facilities or bottled water!

Great stay would book again

Feel hotel.

Cons:

Other guest were very disrespectful and noisy at all hours of the night. Think the hotel needs to ask guests to be mindful of noise.
Also aircon this was controlled centrally and was very hot. I think hotel needs to tell guests this will happen but agree a realistic temperature

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel, omend lidt slidt, så rent & pænt.
