Le personnel est charmant, l'emplacement bien, proche de la plage, bien qu'au milieu de travaux. Mais pas bruyant.
La plage très belle. Mais exclusivement Russe (en particulier au niveau de la langue)

Cons:

Presque rien, a part le fait que tout est payant sur la plage : on voit d'un mauvais oeil, voire on essaye de t'empêcher de t'installer sur le sable sans prendre un transat payant.

La proximité des restaurants, la rue assez calme, laverie à côté . L'ascenseur

Cons:

Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, il faut aller demander du papier toilette et des serviettes propres.
Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner 😕 alors qu'il est noté dans le descriptif de booking 😒

Pros:

It had all amenities in the room and it was very spacious. Great location next to many restaurants.

Cons:

The lock on the room door was a little dated so felt less secure. Something I'm always thinking about as a solo traveller.

Only Recommended for a Night Out and Quick Sleep
Pros:

This hotel is located in District 1, right in the party area. It is easy to reach by taxi, and if your goal is to enjoy the nightlife and have a place to sleep afterwards, this hotel is a good option.
There was a big celebration happening in Saigon during our holiday, so most hotels were fully booked. We were happy to find a room here.
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay of one or max. two nights.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. It made the stay quite uncomfortable.
This is the main reason I would not recommend the hotel to someone who is particular about cleanliness or looking for a well-kept place.
I cannot say if all rooms are like this, but sadly, ours was not one of the cleanest.
