Would have ranked higher. Loved the room. However if your not able bodied - there is a lot of stairs to get to room.
Our room was also directly above the bar. Loud dance music on sat night and then the rest of the nights not as loud.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with amazing staff! Ben makes amazing cocktails and Domenic will hep you with any recommendations ( we meet him at breakfast (amazing restaurant food and service)

A great place for a friends’ reunion
Pros:

We were visiting local friends. The hotel worked well and was perfect for our weekend stay. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms was quiet. The restaurant and dining area always super busy. Seems to be a very popular place.

Set in a beautiful part of Edinburgh, the hotel is decorated stylishly with an eclectic mix of art and fixtures. The staff are friendly, the room was lovely with a pretty view across the back gardens of buildings on the row. Breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent. I'd definately recommend this hotel and will certainly be back.
