Comfortable, clean, spacious and well-managed.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, with a fully supplied kitchenette and great desk. It's a good place to stay if you are working during your stay.

Cons:

The desk chair was unsuitable. A proper adjustable swivel chair would have been better.

Just what the sandman ordered!
Pros:

The facility was clean, inviting, easily accessible, and had all the amenities we wanted on our family vacation! Staff were amazing too! They helped us figure out Canadian currency to get our laundry done during the midpoint of our trip. The pool was fantastic too!

Cons:

Zero dislikes, it was perfect!

The building or the room's noisy ventilation system kept me awake throughout the night.
Cons:

Noisy Ventilation. I was counting on a good sleep to be ready for the Oakville 21.1 Run/Walk next morning. It was frustrating I didn't get it. It was my first visit at Sandman and I expected a good one. It did not come close.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm during our stay. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. We truly appreciated their effort to ensure that we were able to get enough rest, especially since we were only staying for one night.

However, I believe a thorough room inspection before guests arrive would be important to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the room is comfortable and suitable for the value and purpose of the stay. This would help prevent situations like this and provide guests with the quality experience they expect.
