The hotel interior is stunning, the room was huge and spotless. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. The room service food was nice and the mini bar has a good selection of drinks and snacks.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooftop bar and restaurant really make it stand out. However, after being woken three times during the night by noise from people outside, I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor or in a room facing the street. For me, there’s nothing worse than a poor night’s sleep

The TV was too far from the bed so the remote didn't work properly.
The volume kept jumping to loud.
Breakfast took ages to come and when it did it wasn't the correct order.
The room can get too hot.
