No real change so high quality hotel we like to use

Cons:

Check in seems a slow process compared to other hotels.
On this occasion given wrong room number on check in so went from floor 6 down to floor 1 only to have to go all the way back up and repeat !
Plus our bathroom (Room 101) had multiple screws projecting from wall where items had been removed.

The staff were wonderful,from the welcome staff, the reception staff and especially the restaurant and bar staff.A special thank you to Phoebe, Ali and Sam,who were amazing.

Cons:

We had booked a table in the main restaurant, for my birthday,but were informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed and we were to be seated in the bar area.This was very disappointing and upsetting.
Fortunately your brilliant staff Phoebe and Ali did their very best to make things better and really went above and beyond to make the rest of our stay excellent.
