Lovely hotel
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly. The hotel location is perfect for getting into the centre of Manchester and the valet parking is excellent. The look of the hotel is also very lovely. Our room on the second floor was quiet and the roof top bar gives a lovely view.

Cons:

One if the bedside lamps wasn't working, which I forgot to report.

Great location, excellent breakfast

Beautiful room and wonderful staff
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel. Luxurious and a great vibe. We celebrated a 50th birthday with a stay here and loved the room. The staff were wonderful - super friendly, helpful and accommodating! We would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

There was a little noise in the corridors and you can hear the closing of doors etc but it did not ruin our stay at all.

Cons:

Very hot hotel. No windows that actually open. Hot in bedrooms. Makes it slightly claustrophobic.

Always a great stay.
Pros:

We love staying at Gotham for many reasons, the style, presentation, and location are all excellent. The staff are fantastic, and we really appreciate the layout and spacious feel of the rooms. We also love how central the building is.

Cons:

We found the beds very bouncy. While this works well for one person, sharing means you can feel every movement when the other person turns or shifts no ideal for a great nights sleep if your partner moves. Updated mattresses, or the option of a firmer topper, would be a welcome addition.

Romantic shopping break
Pros:

Staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem and little touches, like pressing the lift buttons and taking your bags and getting doors for you. Gorgeous rooms and beautiful hotel. Club brass is a lovely hotel bar amazing cocktails! Would definitely stay here again. It was also perfectly placed for shopping, short walk to the Arndale shopping centre and a 5 min walk to the tram to get to the Trafford centre approx 40 mind away. Lots of places to eat and drink a stones throw away.

Cons:

It was an amazing stay, however the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Nothing else I can think of that we didn't like
