Wir sind nicht für das Hotel gekommen, zum Schlafen war es OK, sonst wären wir enttäuscht gewesen
Pros:

Ich war früher oft in diesem Hotel. Seit dem Besitzerwechsel bin ich nun das erste Mal wieder da gewesen.
Eigentlich würde man nicht vermuten, dass das Hotel zu einer grossen Kette gehört.
Viele kleine Dinge haben geändert und man hat das Gefühl, dass gespart werden muss.

Cons:

In einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich, das das Mineralwasser im Zimmer nachgefüllt wird.
Beim Frühstück erwarte ich Butter nicht Margarine.
Wenn man im Zimmer etwas reklamiert, könnte es in einem Tag erledigt sein

Cons:

Staff was ok friendly but not so warm, very weird atmosphere. We came from the provence where we had a spledid stay and where hospitality & friendliness is an example for this hotel. Very loud children, poolbar closed

j'y retournerai pour profiter du jardin et de la piscine
Pros:

tout le personnel est agréable et souriant, la chambre est de qualité avec de belles couleurs et de beaux matériaux
la piscine est belle mais pas encore fonctionnelle à cette saison. Les jardins magnifiques et bien entretenus

Cons:

il manquait du fromage blanc sur le buffet du petit déjeuner !
