Property was very clean.
Breakfast was ok could have had better options
Great location. Didn't have breakfast.
Loud beside the main road.
Facility and location were great!
I'd need 2 full pages for my comments! Booking.com and Fairfield systems don't talk to each other and my experience was a total Shit Storm! I crashed for 1 night out of my 2 that were reserved! Grabbed my stuff and went elsewhere for the 2nd night! Booking.com needs to have a representative available to talk about issues, especially if a pin is not included in ALL emails! Your systems don't talk to each other! Ran my card 4 different times tying up well over $2000 on my card and saying that my card was invalid! EVEN though with having my bank on the phone and showing the pending payments on my card neither Fairfield nor Booking.com couldn't do anything about it! TOTALLY UNSAT! Call me if you like! You have my number on file but be prepared for an Irate Veteran point of view about this situation! Y'all should recoupe me my funds for the inconvenience!
i don’t know if the ac was broken but it was really hot outside of the hotel room and it just did not seem clean. it felt like someone very lazy tried to make it look clean without actually trying
The room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable
The breakfast was not good
If you're looking for attitude, dirty looks, judgment, pettiness, and just some down home harassment, then boy do I have the place for you. Come to the Fairfield Inn in Bristol, TN and be treated like you just ran over their dog. For a hotel that probably makes its year during race weeks, they couldn't handle ten 13 year old girls playing cards in the lobby at 12pm on a Tuesday. Now when you step inside this establishment, you'll see a large lobby and seating area filled with 45 seats that is apparently only used to host Mass 24 hours a day. I say 45 seats, but to be accurate for the review, there may only be 41 should they decide to use 4 chairs to block the lobby from any large groups and especially 13 year old girls. But don't worry, there's plenty for your group of teenage girls to do like hide from the front desk employee Noah. Good news to parents, feel free to put Life360 away during your stay because Noah is constantly watching them. When not keeping everyone quiet and sweating, he's as charming as the paver patio in the back. But it's not all his fault, he's being led by the reincarnation of Queen Ranavalona in Tammy. After removing 10 families with children from her hotel for being "too loud", she spent at least an hour (on the Marriot clock) blocking us from every hotel within a 20 mile radius. Isn't she the best! I bet you're asking yourself, why didn't you vent your frustrations to Tammy instead of coming online to write this review. Well, we tried, but Tammy forced her employee to handle all the checkouts while she hid in the back. I'm going to send her a copy of John Maxwell's book, "The Self-Aware Leader" in hopes that she develops the strength and confidence she needs to lead instead of hide.
Do not stay at this hotel or any that she manages in the Bristol, TN area.
Do not stay at this hotel if you are with a group. My daughters softball team booked this hotel as they stated they could accommodate our group of 13 year old girls for a local softball tournament. The gentleman who works the front desk for the evening shift (Noah) should not work in the hospitality industry. This gentlemen followed a group of 13 year old girls into a hallway and told them that he received a noise complaint and that he was calling the police. I just so happened to be exiting my room at the time and told him that if there was a problem please ask to speak to the parents who were all currently sitting in the common area. As you can imagine the girls were completely terrified at that point since he approached them, was sweating profusely and pacing back and forth. The evening progressively got worse as we had all of the girls together in the common area enjoying a pizza party/gift exchange again before the documented quiet hours. He came over into the room and announced that he had received another noise complaint and that we all had to disperse to our rooms immediately or he was calling the police. As you can imagine we were all so confused as the girls were eating and playing uno and other card games. The police showed up and we explained what happened and we all returned to our rooms. We all promptly called the corporate Marriot offices and spoke to representatives that assured us that everything we described would be handled and that they have previously received similar reports from this exact hotel. We spoke with “Tami” the general manager who stated that it would be best for both parties if we left the hotel to which we agreed. We were charged the first two nights which we expected. What we didn’t expect was to be lied to and told that a police report was filed because the the desk clerk felt threatened. We went to the local police department who told us that no report was filed and that they were called for a disturbance however upon arrival no disturbance was found. To add insult to injury, Tami called all the hotels around black listing us from booking with them. I would advise anyone against staying at this hotel. I have stayed at plenty of Marriot properties and have never been treated like this.

Overnight staff was very rude. After a long drive I didn’t like being greeted by someone who wasnt kind .. I stay in multiple hotels and I just dislike when hospitality staff are rude for no reason. Then I arrived very late around 4am and i wanted to sleep as long as possible and front desk staff called my room way before check out just to make sure I was checking out that really angered me because I know what time check out is and i could see if it was after check out time but it wasn’t. Hotel was overall nice and very clean
NO breakfast offered. Only fruit & coffee
A hot breakfast would make the property exceptional
The property was one of the cleanest & most comfortable we have ever stayed in. There was no problem with our reservation through Booking.com.
While the breakfast was adequate and the staff extremely kind and respectful, the choices were limited.
